I read in the inside soap magazine that Adam finds out that one of his conquests was not on the pill, who do you think it will be I think it will be jess hope fully that will bring them closer together

A road accident reveals a complicated family affair involving a stepfather, and spurs Ruth and Toby to prove themselves to Jordan, as the medical drama continues.

Adam continues to clash with Jordan over patient care but is intrigued when Toby reveals Jordan's hesitation when dealing with a critical patient who doesn't make it.

Zoe, meanwhile, shows a more sensitive side when dealing with Abby and Sharice, and Dixie discovers that Jeff has split up with his wife.

Elsewhere, Jess is evasive about a pregnancy test when caught with one, and Jay frustrates Tess throughout his first day.

Yeah I do.. Jess will see/hear about Adam's new one, and get jealous, and then Adam will notice she's jealous, and then they'll have a chat which will lead to them both saying I love you.. it will all be very sweet :D.

God I hope so. I'll be gutted if they don't get back together. Casualty's not as good without them to 'awww' over. It's says for next week's spoilers that Nick makes Adam go see Ben the shrink, which should be intersting.

Dixie is mean't to be into girls, but i have noticed something building between Dixie & Jeff for afew weeks now, but still not sure what it is. I have really gone off Jess, i thought she was okay at first & disliked Zoe but that as swapped around for me now, i much prefer Zoe at least she is upfront & honest. I find Jess a total hypocrite, she's happy to blame Zoe for the affair, & the problems in her marriage, but she's no angel how is Zoe & Sean's affair any worse than Her's & Adams? i am getting sick of Jess acting like she is the innocent person in all this & who has done nothing wrong. Im not bothered about seeing Jess & Adam together, never have been i would have liked Adam / Alice relationship but doubt that will ever happen :crying:

Yeah, your right. I don't like Jess as much anymore, but sometimes she does/says things that make me like her again, and then she'll just do something else which'll make me dislike her again. I think the difference between Adam/Jess's affair and Zoe/Sean's affair was that Adam and Jess did, and still do, love each other, and for Sean his affair was just for fun. Sean proved that when he carried it on after Lucas almost got killed. As for Adam/Alice, Alice & Curtis are better suited.

i agree with a lot of that! the fact is jess had an affair too and that is every bit as wrong as seans. i cant believe she was so bad when she found out about zoe and sean as she had been having one herself!!!!

The Emergency Department is in chaos this week, as the medical drama continues. There is noisy building work going on, the lifts are broken and a power-cut hits the department. Jordan and Adam disagree as to whether it is possible to run the ED effectively.



Zoe has had to look after Sharice overnight and is furious when Abby returns to pick her up, saying that she has got back with her abusive partner. Snezana later accuses Abby of stealing her savings.



Elsewhere, a girl from the local estate, who is supposed to be at school sitting an exam, is wandering around, asking for, and taking, drugs – unbeknown to her parents. Her confused state causes a tragic car accident and her parents are faced with the repercussions of her behaviour.



Dixie, meanwhile, confronts Jeff and asks him why he hadn't told her his wife had kicked him out. He throws it back in her face, however, and tells Dixie that not everything is about her.



Later, Curtis is faced with his past when he sees an old acquaintance dealing drugs. He confronts him and nearly beats him up but, at the last minute, walks away. When Alice asks him what's going on, he takes her to see his brother's grave and reveals all about his past.



Much to Adam's disapproval, Jordan decides to perform a highly risky heart operation in the ED. With Ruth and Jay's assistance, he pulls it off and the trio are elated. Flush with success, Ruth and Jordan celebrate – together.

I think we're gonna find out why Adam doesn't want the responsibility of being Clinical Lead and doesn't like Nick. But yeah, was good to see some Adam and Jess action (something's obviously gonna happen between them because otherwise the writers would've just left it). Can't wait for more, but I think we'll have to wait till the week after next. :wub:

Ruth wakes up in Jordan's bed and revels in what she believes is the start of a new relationship, in this week's edition of the medical drama. Jordan, however, clearly feels differently and later rejects her outright – to her utter humiliation. Upset and feeling lonely, Ruth turns to Toby for support, but instead gets the surprise of her life when she catches him in bed with someone unexpected.

Dixie and Jeff, meanwhile, are called to a stabbing at a farm, where they find a man dying and a disturbed young man clutching a knife. As events unfold, however, it transpires that there is far more to this incident than meets the eye.

Elsewhere, the documentary about Holby's emergency department is to be shown on TV. While Kelsey can't wait to see it, Dixie is terrified of what it might show. All day long, she takes her nerves out on Jeff, before finally admitting to him how scared she is that the documentary will show she caused the crash. With Jeff's unflinching support, she summons all her courage and they watch the documentary together.

I've noticed that too. There's a lot of storylines going on at the minute. I think Toby's in bed with Kelsey as she's credited in the spoilers, but who knows with the scriptwriters.
