Connie decides that she can no longer see John after discovering he is married to Jayne, as the hospital drama continues. John tries to talk Connie back into their relationship, but Connie refuses, saying she can't face breaking John away from his family.
Meanwhile, Chrissie decides she no longer wants to work in nursing. Mark and Sam try to change her decision but too much has changed, so Chrissie leaves Holby City.
Faye and Joseph talk weddings and their future together. Faye is insecure and thinks that Joseph will leave her, so Joseph suggests that they get married in the next few weeks. However, Faye isn't happy about the idea.
