when hannah became anorexic - how realistic was this?

hay,
was wondering whether I could have feedback and personal opinions on how realistic compared to situations with youth in society now-a-days was hannahs role played when she became anorexic.

It's for my media project and would be great to have other people's views than my own!

it was good in away that she had a relapse and wasnt just "cured" problems like anorexia affect people for years,
