ahahah Raef from the Apprentice?! i would LOVE too see that
RICHARD and Judy’s racy daughter Chloe Madeley is being lined up for Dancing On Ice.
The 21-year-old blonde, who recently posed in sexy lingerie for a men’s magazine, has told bosses she is keen to take part.
A friend said: “Chloe wants to forge a career as a TV presenter, and a show like this could be a great platform.
She’s sexy, sassy and very athletic so she should be able to wow the male viewers and judges.”
Other stars tipped for the 2009 series include The Cheeky Girls and Hollyoaks beauty Jennifer Metcalfe, 24, who plays Mercedes.

Another bunch of no-hopers, hasbeens and wannabe's then:searchme:
ITV chiefs are already hunting for celebrities to star in Dancing On Ice 2009 — and Coleen Nolan is the first in the frame.
The Loose Women star, 43, is being lined up after shedding a massive four stone recently.
Pals say she is desperate to show off her slimline body on the rink.
One said: “Coleen is so proud of her new figure and reckons Dancing On Ice will be the perfect place to show it off.
“She’s already really fit from exercising.”
Dancing On Ice, which sees celebs compete on the rink, returns in the New Year.

FORMER Blue Peter babe Zoe Salmon has double cause for celebration this week.
The 28-year-old blonde has landed a big-money deal to star in Dancing On Ice in the same week the kids’ show marks its 50th anniversary.
A former Miss Northern Ireland, Zoe will be up against Daily Star discovery Melinda Messenger, 37, on the ITV reality show.
Last night a source said: “Male viewers are in for a treat with two of Britain’s hottest blondes together on screen battling it out.
“Zoe’s been looking to get back into the spotlight since she left Blue Peter in June and Dancing On Ice is the perfect place to return to the public eye.”
Among the lucky fellas dancing against the girls are ex-EastEnder Todd Carty, 45, rugby legend Ellery Hanley, 47, and Ray Quinn, 20, the X Factor runner-up in 2006.
Chloe Madeley is aiming to step out of the shadows of her famous parents Richard Madeley and Judy Finnegan and become a celebrity in her own right.
The 21-year-old budding TV presenter, who has become well known for her attention-grabbing outfits in the company of her parents, is set to star in new series of Dancing On Ice, which starts in January.
The young blonde has been training for the popular Saturday night show at London's Alexandra Palace rink for the last few weeks.
A source told Star magazine: 'Chloe was really up for taking part in the show and has been having a lot of fun in training.
'It's not always easy but she is giving it a good go and hoping the public will get to know her in her own right when the show starts.'
Chloe is currently trying to forge a career as a TV presenter, but admits her parents' fame hasn't always helped.
She told FHM earlier this year: 'I have to work twice as hard to prove I'm able to do the job for a reason beyond my family name.'
Also tipped to star in the new series is ex-EastEnders Todd Carty, Holby City star Jeremy Edwards and former Toploader guitarist Dan Hipgrave, who were photographed practising their moves at the weekend.
Former EastEnders star Todd Carty looked less than stable as he took to the ice for his first rehearsal for the new Dancing On Ice series.
An unsteady-looking Todd held on tight to his female instructor's hands as he wobbled around the ice on his skates.
Clearly not a natural on the ice, Todd could barely skate without gripping his instructor, and has a lot of work to do ahead of his appearance on the ice-dancing show which begins in just two months time.
The star, who played Walford's Mark Fowler, was seen at Alexandra Palace ice rink in north London alongside rival contestants, ex-Holby City actor Jeremy Edwards, 37, and Toploader guitarist Dan Hipgrave, 33.
Edwards - whose ex-fiancée Rachel Stevens is currently starring on Strictly Come Dancing - has previously starred in Celebrity Big Brother.
A source told The Sunday People said: 'They were all trying hard and it was fun to watch. But they've a long way to go to avoid icy stares from the judges.'
The trio are set to be joined by Blue Peter's Zoe Salmon, 28, glamour model Melinda Messenger, 37, rugby hero Ellery Hanley, 47, and 2006 X Factor runner-up Ray Quinn, 20, in the ITV1show which returns in January.
This year's winner, ex-Hear'Say singer Suzanne Shaw, 27, will return for a Dancing On Ice Christmas special edition to show the newbies just how it's done.
From Daily Mail
Gemma Bissix has been lined up to replace Jennifer Metcalfe on Dancing On Ice, say reports.
The former Hollyoaks and EastEnders actress is "clearing her schedule" for the reality show, according to the Daily Star.
"She is expected to sign any day now," said a source. "She is a massive scoop for ITV.
"Not only is she a huge star, she's also a stunning girl who will bring much-needed glamour to the ice."
Michael Underwood, who pulled out of last year's show after breaking his ankle, is also expected to star.
It was reported last month that Todd Carty, Chloe Madeley, Melinda Messenger, Jeremy Edwards and Ray Quinn would take part in the programme.
MEET the spin crowd— the complete line-up of stars who will be competing in Dancing On Ice 2009.
The great and the good from TV, music and sport didn’t think tw-ice when they were asked to get their skates on and kick up a stink on the rink in ITV1’s coolest January show.
And because we NEVER let the slide down, the News of the World has the names of all 12 skaters and the one standby chosen for the new series.
Last year the winner was Hollyoaks star Chris Fountain, 21. And the blokes who hope to follow in his footsteps this year are: EastEnders legend TODD CARTY, 45; soccer pundit GRAEME LE SAUX, 40 (pictured above); Holby City heart-throb JEREMY EDWARDS, 37; X Factor runner-up RAY QUINN, 20; Toploader guitarist DAN HIPGRAVE, 33; Rugby League legend ELLERY HANLEY, 47; and kids’ TV presenter MICHAEL UNDERWOOD, 33. Michael is being given a second go after a broken ankle forced him out of last year’s show.
And the babes who’ll be hoping to put the skids under the blokes are: Emmerdale stunner ROXANNE PALLETT, 25; Hollyoaks star JENNIFER METCALFE, 24; model and presenter MELINDA MESSENGER, 37; Enders girl GEMMA BISSIX, 25 (pictured above); former Blue Peter presenter ZOE SALMON, 28 (pictured above) and Liberty X singer JESSICA TAYLOR, 28
It hasn’t been announced yet which of the 13 is the standby. An ITV insider said: “We think the stars we have secured for this series will make it the best ever.
“It’s really not difficult getting people to sign up—in fact, we’ve had to say no to a lot of lesser lights.
“The only issue is whether the contestants can fit training into their packed schedules — but they always seem to manage and absolutely love doing it.”
The celebs are paired with pro ice dancers and coached by champs Jane Torville and Christopher Dean to perform weekly routines. They will then be judged by an “Ice Panel” of experts and the public, with one celeb voted off every week.
Holly Willoughby will return with co-presenter Phillip Schofield even though she is pregnant. Our insider added: “There are some good-looking blokes for the ladies watching and every single one of the women is gorgeous, which should get the men tuning in.
“And an awful lot of this year’s contestants have previous dancing experience—which always helps make it a better spectacle.”
Big-hearted show bosses were happy to give Michael another chance. The insider said: “It was only fair — he was so disappointed last year when he broke his ankle. He looked promising and reckons this could be his year.”

LIBERTY X babe Jessica Taylor has vowed to sex up Dancing On Ice after secretly signing for the show.
The singer has told pals she will spice things up in the show’s sexiest-ever dresses when the ITV hit returns in the new year. And her rivals on the show will have even more cause to grumble as Jessica, 28 can already skate.
Contestants are not supposed to have a background in figure skating as they would have an unfair advantage over the other stars. But in 2004 the pop babe came second in BBC’s Strictly Ice Dancing.
An insider said: “People kicked up last year when they heard Chris Fountain used to play ice hockey but he was allowed to take part as those skills are different. But Jessica knows the skills to be an ice dancer. It will give her the edge.”
Other celebs lined up for the show include telly stars Melinda Messenger, 37, Roxanne Pallett, 25 and Jeremy Edwards, 37.

I love this show it is much better than that strictly come dancing crap.
The 13 celebrities taking part in this year's Dancing On Ice have been confirmed.
Soap stars Roxanne Pallett and Gemma Bissix will be joined by pop singer Jessica Taylor, former Blue Peter host Zoe Salmon, Loose Women's Coleen Nolan and model Melinda Messenger.
The male contestants include former EastEnders actor Todd Carty and TV presenters Jeremy Edwards, Donal MacIntyre and Michael Underwood.
Completing the lineup are X Factor's Ray Quinn, former rugby player Ellery Hanley and ex-England footballer Graeme Le Saux.
Dancing On Ice returns ITV1 on Sunday, January 11 on ITV.

Ray was really good tonight, even though I'm not a fan of his, it was a good first performance and he deserved the high marks.
I thought Michael was brave getting back on the ice after his injury last year and I thought he did a great performance to close the show.
Todd was brilliant! I want to see if he improves, so I hope he stays in

I agree I was kind of hoping the little toad was going to fall flat on his face  Ellery and Michael were my fav because Ellery went out there and had some fun and Michael for having the bravery to get back on the ice after last year. Poor Todd he was struggling but at least Jason Gardiner wasn't so mean with his comments against Todd and Donal, he was willing to give them a chance to improve.

Dancing On Ice judge Jason Gardiner has revealed that comments he made to Todd Carty on the ITV reality show landed him in hot water.
After witnessing Carty's performance in the first episode, Gardiner told the ex-EastEnders actor that he looked and moved "like you have crapped yourself".
Gardiner told This Morning: "I got into trouble. You don't know what you can say or can't say. It gets all very PC."
He continued: "If I have offended people I apologise. But sorry, that's what it looked like."
Carty scored the lowest marks from judges on last Sunday's Dancing On Ice, but was spared the skate-off after a public vote.
 that was the best comment ever though HARSH but very funny
The girls were last night and I have to say I loved Jessica.. she was really really good.. Gemma is gone
Gemma Bissix has become the second celebrity to be voted off Dancing On Ice.
The former EastEnders actress and partner Andrei Lipanov lost out in the skate-off to model Melinda Messenger, who was saved by a unanimous judges' vote.
Earlier, Bissix had failed to impress the judges with her routine to Celine Dion's 'The Power Of Love', scoring 13 out of a possible 30 points.
Robin Cousins said: "It was an okay start, it wasn't a good start."
Ruthie Henshall praised her "determination and drive", but added: "You need to work on your nerves, become much more solid. And grace - that's the word of the day."
Leaving the ice, Bissix said: "I'm coming back every week. I'm gutted, I just wanted to do another routine.
"I've done seven weeks of training and I have never stepped on the ice [before that] so for that I am proud of myself."
Former Liberty X singer Jessica Taylor finished at the top of the leader board, scoring 21 out of 30.
Last week, ex-footballer Graeme La Saux became the first man to be voted off the show.

Gemma set herself up for a fall. All that talk before she's even step foot on the ice. She alienated any potential fans and as much as she wanted to distance herself from any of her soap characters, she proved herself to be just like them. Coleen has fans as she lighthearted and doing it for fun. These celebs need to stop being so serious and talking the Sun about every sequin sewed on their costume or paper cut they endure.
Gemma Bissix has said that the public should vote for the worst contestants on Dancing On Ice to annoy judge Jason Gardiner.
Bissix, 25, who became the first female to leave the show on Sunday, claimed that a final between weak dancers Coleen Nolan and Todd Carty would "drive Jason mad".
"It will be brilliant. They could be another John Sergeant," Bissix told The Sun. "The public have realised they are in control of the leaderboard. It will drive Jason mad if they carry on doing well.
"[Jason] is shooting himself in the foot, because the harsher the comments he makes, the more people will get behind them. He'll be furious when he has only got the underdogs left."
The soap actress also said that none of the dancers listen to Gardiner's comments anymore because he is constantly negative.
"He was unfair to Roxy and unfair to Jessica, so you can't listen to him," she said. "When he called me a cardboard cut-out it was unnecessary."
Responding to Bissix's criticism, Gardiner said: "She can say what she likes - she's out of the show, so who cares! They come and they go."
DaVeyWaVey
20-01-2009, 15:54
I agree that the 'cardboard cut out' comment was completely unnecessary. I can't stand Jason Gardiner in the slightest. Criticism is fair enough, but when you resort to insulting someone personally, it's going too far in my opinion. He tries too hard and he's a poor man's Simon Cowell. I think I will have to put my volume on mute when he chooses to speak next week.
I felt Melinda was better than Gemma in the skate off, so I thought it was right for Gemma to go. I felt she didn't do much dancing as such. She had many lifts in her performance, so we didn't see much of her dancing on the ice. I felt she was a bit too overconfident as well, as it seemed she was expecting to be "the best" straight away, getting the top scores.
I think the whole 'my competition is Roxanne' comment was taken the wrong way. I thought she meant Roxanne was her competition as it would be a "battle of the soapstars" as they have both recently starred in the soaps.
Sorry but I wanted Gemma to go, she was so full of herself!!
Same!
Thats why im glad shes gone :D

Roxanne and Gemma were so full of themselves during rehersals and promotion of the show that they were not prepared for the harsh comments and low scores that they received. It's a pity on Gemma's skating partner Andrei.
Its cos they are 'the good looking ones' so thought they would do better

26-01-2009, 22:25
Nope i don't think it was a set up at all, he can't hardly stand up on the ice.
dancing and ice skating are totally different, if he was on strickly then that would be different.
And how could tey tell if someone was going to be good or not until they've actually started. Chris fountain last year yes as he'd done ice hockey.
True.. but chris was use to the ice and speeding along it.. Ray only did rollerblade (like ice skating on roads) so he has some experience of going backwards, speed skating...

Actor Jeremy Edwards has become the third contestant to be voted off Dancing On Ice.
Edwards, 37, and his professional partner Darya Nucci skated to George Michael's 'Faith' and scored 16 points from the judges.
Karen Barber claimed that the Holby City star's performance was "in two halves", adding: "You have the ability, [you're] getting it together. I think you did well."
Despite Todd Carty skating out of the rink during his performance, Edwards and former rugby star Ellery Hanley ended up in the bottom two after the public vote. After their skate-off the five judges voted unanimously to keep Hanley.
"It's sink or swim in the skate-off and it's quite obvious who sunk tonight," said Jason Gardiner.
Commenting on his exit, Edwards said: "I have loved every second and despite what the judges thought my first skate tonight was the best I've ever had... I fully intend to keep up my skating."
X Factor's Ray Quinn and Maria Filippov topped the leader board this week, totalling 25 points from the panel.

Dancing On Ice star Michael Underwood has accused Todd Carty of misleading the show's viewers.
Fans of the ITV1 skating show have seen the former EastEnders actor struggling to master the skills required for the competition in recent weeks.
However, Underwood has now claimed that Carty is putting in poor performances deliberately because he wants to match the popularity of Strictly Come Dancing's John Sergeant, who was saved by viewers every week despite being slated by the programme's judges.
"Todd is nowhere near as bad as he is making out," Underwood told the Daily Star Sunday. "When the cameras are off he is gliding along the ice but then once the routine starts it's like he can't stay upright all of a sudden.
"He is definitely trying to play the clown and trying to fulfil the John Sergeant role."
TV host Underwood also admitted that he fears for the safety of Carty's professional dancing partner Susie Lipanova.
"Susie has actually talked about how worried she is about getting injured," he explained. "OK, Todd's clowning around is funny up to a point but she doesn't want to get dragged down with him if one of the silly stunts goes wrong.
"At the end of the day he might be having fun but this is her career and she feels she's taking a big risk skating with him."
Just like the waste of space he was on the Bill Todd Crappy is showing that he is still a waste of space on Dancing on thin ice. The sooner he is dumped the better.
Im sad Micheal has went, after what he went through last time and coming back

I reckon they should change the format slightly. Instead of voting someone off each week.. with ice skating, you progress as you go on.. so I think they should set a number of weeks, then let them all skate for each week.. and the last one you pick the one you want to win.. or something like that..

Michael Underwood has become the fourth contestant to be voted off Dancing On Ice.
The TV presenter, who pulled out of last year's show with a leg injury, lost out in the skate-off to Melinda Messenger.
Todd Carty scored only 7.5 points for his performance to 'Every Breath You Take', but was saved again by the public vote.
Underwood and his professional partner Melanie Lambert got a mixed reaction from the judges, totalling 18.5 points for their routine to Prince's 'Kiss'.
"I had a brilliant time," said Underwood following his exit. "It was great to come back and skate with Mel again. We had a good laugh."

I didn't think I would see anything more funny that John Sargents sack of spuds dance on SCD but I was wrong, but we are now at week five in the competition and he should be improving but he's just as terrible as he was in week one. Its not fair on the other celebs who are improving even Donal it was a shame he fell last week but you can see improvement from the first week. I don't want Ray Quinn to win as he is too smug. I would prefer it to be Zoe, Jessica or Colleen to win as there performance is improving each week.

I can't believe Todd survived last night Michael did not deserve to go last night but neither did Melinda, but if the public are voting for him then there is going to be more better skaters than him going to be booted out.
I agree. Hope that Colleen and Todd get voted out soon, as it's not fair on better skaters.

FURIOUS Dancing On Ice reject Michael Underwood slammed judge Nicky Slater yesterday — accusing him of unfair scoring.
The seething presenter, 33, said the former ice champ was awarding points “randomly”.
And in a scorching attack Michael also said the ITV1 contest is BIASED against male contestants because the women have to do far less.
The former GMTV reporter spoke out after three of five judges chose to save ex-model Melinda Messenger, 37, instead of him after Sunday night’s skate-off.
He said he saw red when Olympian Nicky, 50, gave reporter Donal MacIntyre, 43 — who fell over during his routine — just half a point less than he gave X Factor runner-up Ray Quinn’s error-free performance.
Michael said: “Unfortunately this series there’s been a lot of random scoring — inconsistencies — Nicky’s scoring especially.
“He’ll be giving Donal 4.5 and then Ray five and the difference between Ray and Donal is not point five. You want to see consistency.”
Ironically Nicky gave Michael his joint highest score on Sunday, of four out of six.
He also voted to SAVE him in the skate-off. Meanwhile Michael also claimed the women celebrities have it unfairly easy because their professional male partners do an unfair share of the work.
He said: “The girls can get away with it — they can be lifted, they can hold positions, they don’t have to have as much feet on the ice.”

The blame lies with ITV as Phil and Holly are asking the public to save their favourite not the best skater. It's the same with SCD. Many viewers see it as an entertainment show, which it is and watching Todd go flying down the tunnel like Wild E Cayote in a road runner cartoon is going to get more votes than watching Ray Eddie Munster Quinn show off. Also the public who are voting for Todd amy just be doing it to wind up the judges, whatever the reason I think he may last a couple of more weeks yet. Although I don't think it would be fair or safe for him to progress to the using props or flying as required elements as the male celebs have to lift their female partners and I would not want to be partnered with Todd, it's fine him skating on his own if he falls he only hurts himself but he could seriously do his professional partner damage. If he is as bad this week as he has been he should go.
isn't that how Leon won the X factor.. to annoy Simon??

Don't get me wrong I laugh when the underdogs like John Sargent, Kate Garaway, same difference and others have made it through but dancing on ice is different to SCD. Todd's partner could break a bone and ruin her career, and that is what the viewers need to take into consideration.
Thats true but they havent tried that many lifts with him have they?
Thats true but they havent tried that many lifts with him have they?
Shouldn't that be 'any' rather than 'many'?
I have just watched the repeat from last week - Todd is awful, worse that Joe Public, I would say. Although I think that his entertainment value is huge, it is a shame when better skaters who try very, very hard to improve week after week are voted out because we like laughing at Todd.
Oh I didnt know he hasnt done 'any' lifts, thats why I put many
Well there you go, they no hes awful and it would be too dangerous to try lifts with him
Abbie - the guy can barely stand on the ice. He can't lift his hands over chest level without nearly falling over.
He is truely funny, but really you get the impression that he is a natural clown and that he is playing on his awfulness rather than trying to get better.
I wouldn't let him lift a loft of bread whilst skating. On of the guys dropped his partner in rehersals and it looks so dangerous - I think that you are right - it is too dangerous to allow Todd to attempt a lift.
Yeah yeah I know hes bad, its just I dont really watch it all the time so I dont really know what hes doone
And yeah hes dangerous So I woudlnt expect lifts from him

If Todd is as bad tomorrow as he was last week then he has to go for safety reasons. I would hate colleen or Melinda to get the boot so we can laugh at him. My heart goes out to his skating partner because the males have it tougher were they have to support and lead the female. I would not feel comfortable if I had to rely on Todd for support.
Comfortable? I would be petrified, lol!
Dancing On Ice star Roxanne Pallett has been "fretting non-stop" since she agreed to perform the dangerous headbanger routine, according to a report.
Tonight's show will see the former Emmerdale actress being held by her ankles while her skating partner Daniel Whiston spins her around high in the air and low down near the ice.
The stunt has been attempted by Bonnie Langford, Suzanne Shaw and Lisa Scott-Lee in previous years.
"Roxanne has been practising the move all week with a crash helmet on and the last time she did it she hit her head," an insider told the Daily Star Sunday. "She also cut her elbow on the blade of Dan's skate during training and had to bandage it up so she didn't bleed on the ice.
"Even professional skaters struggle with this move so it's no surprise she's a nervous wreck about it."
Pallett confirmed: "I've watched other celebrities such as Bonnie Langford and Suzanne Shaw do the move so I feel under pressure."
Dancing On Ice continues at 6.50pm tonight on ITV1.

I am delighted Todd went.. I think he fakes most of it on the actual night cause you see him in the week running up to Sunday and he seems to be skating better than he does on the show... As smug looking as Ray is.. you can't help but like his skating.. he is amazing on the ice.. Loving Zoe and Jess too.. they are brilliant

Soap actor Todd Carty has become the latest celebrity to be voted off Dancing On Ice.
Carty, who had been dubbed the John Sergeant of the series due to his accident-prone skating style, only scored 8.5 points from the judges for his performance to Nat King Cole's 'Smile'.
Unlike previous weeks, Carty and professional skater Susie Lipanova were not saved by the public vote and entered the skate-off with former rugby international Ellery Hanley and Frankie Poultney.
Four of the judges voted to save Ellery and Frankie, while only Ruthie Henshall picked the ex-EastEnders actor.
"I'd like to thank every one of the British public from the bottom of my heart," said Carty afterwards. "I'm going to have a rest and maybe try another sport."
X Factor runner-up Ray Quinn came out top in the judge's scoring again with his performance to Jamiroquai's 'Canned Heat'.

I can't understand how the judges rave about Zoe, she is not that good, I watched her last night and she never skated on her own, all she did was skate around with Matt and lifted a lot (he does this a lot, does Matt) and the judges thought she was fantastic, at least Jessica, Melinda and even Colleen managed to skate alone. Ruthie, really annoyed me with her fawning over Zoe - are they watching the same as me. :wall:

Holly Willoughby has admitted to enjoying wearing new shoes during sex.
The presenter told Now that she puts on her heels during lovemaking for more than one reason.
She said: "I love wearing new shoes during sex and not just because its kinky. I'm not a foot fetishist or anything.
"I do enjoy saucy games with my hubby but I have found the best way to break in new shoes is to wear them during sex."
She added that she always wears her new shoes in the bedroom before putting them on for outside use.
The Dancing On Ice host is currently pregnant with her first child with TV executive husband Dan Baldwin.
Last month, Willoughby said that she will continue to wear low-cut dresses on the ITV1 ice-skating show, despite complaints from some viewers.
Did we really need to know this?
Todd Carty has admitted that he was having a bit of fun when he performed on Dancing On Ice, but maintained that he did not plan his final, failed stunt.
The former EastEnders star told The Sun that as an actor, he was "performing" on the show.
Carty said: "I thought from the start, 'Let's take the Mickey out of it, make it light-hearted'.
"I wanted to bring fun and humour to the show - people can take these things too seriously. People at home want to laugh.
"The whole point of the show is that it's about famous people from across the spectrum trying to dance."
But he confirmed that he was "not skilled" enough to have planned falling over as he attempted to perform the moves on the programme.
Carty was voted off the ITV show on Sunday after he scored only 8.5 points from the judges and was not saved by the public.

Good on Todd for having fun and making us laugh. It's good he's gone before it gets too challenging, but kind of sad in a way too. Loved his last performance, thought it was very touching. :)
I only watched him once, the week before he got voted off and thought that at least he made it fun to watch. I know the professional skaters won't appreciate it as they see winning the competition as a feather in their cap, which is understandable, but then again, this is meant to be an entertainment show and where is the fun in just watching the other contestants taking it all so serious and trying to outdo each other by trying to perform more and more dangerous moves?
Todd Carty has confirmed that he will be taking part in the Dancing On Ice live tour.
The former EastEnders actor became a hit with fans of the ITV1 skating show by performing comedy routines, but he was finally voted off the programme on Sunday night.
Carty has now agreed to continue skating in preparation for the programme's latest tour of the UK, which begins later this year.
Speaking to the Daily Star, he explained: "I've been booked for the tour, even with my limited skating skills. Whatever happens is in the hands of the skating gods."
The star added that he had mixed feelings about his progress throughout the competition when more accomplished dancers were eliminated instead of him.
He said: "I was sorry when Graeme Le Saux and Michael Underwood left because they are better than me. But the show is about skating and entertainment and they know this."
DANCING on Ice judge Jason Gardiner has thrown the show’s live tour into chaos by quitting in a contract row.
The Aussie choreographer, 37, is a huge draw for the arena shows because of his cutting comments.
Thousands of fans have already snapped up tickets and will be gutted to miss seeing one of the show’s most popular faces.
All four of the other judges will still take part in the tour — along with skaters Torvill and Dean — starting in April.
A source said: “There was a big row between Jason and and Phil McIntyre Entertainment, who are the tour promoters. It was over contract negotiations.
“In the end Jason told them to stuff it and said they could do it with just four of the judges.”
The tour pits stars from different series of the ITV1 hit against each other. They include Todd Carty, 45 — booted off on Sunday.
Last night Jason said: “I’m glad Todd’s gone — he was tragic — but a little bit of the show’s soul was lost.”
From The Sun
EVEN icy judge Jason Gardiner’s heart was melted on Sunday night as Todd Carty stumbled through his final lap on Dancing On Ice.
Here he tells us why Todd had to go - and why “boring” Ellery must get the blade next week.
TODD: I'm glad he's gone - he was tragic. It was his time to go at least two weeks ago. But it was bittersweet, a little bit of the show’s soul was lost on Sunday night. We liked Todd but we always said that if he ever got into a skate-off situation we could never put him through. You can't spend 25 seconds standing still while your partner skates around you.
ELLERY: He'll go next week. He's been consistently in the bottom two and he really doesn't have it. The viewers have lost as much interest as we have. He’s the most boring thing on ice. He has not improved since week one. It must be soul destroying.
COLEEN: I like Coleen because she’s quite a diligent person and she throws herself into it. She is tired and she is stressed out but you can't let that affect your Sunday performance. I want her to stop playing it safe.
RAY: He’s the reason I look forward to the show every week. Everyone else bores me to tears. He’s got that indefinable quality, he’s just got it. I want to see him in the final and I maintain that if he’d landed his ending properly on Sunday he’d have got a six from me. And a six not even halfway through the competition is unbelievable.
MELINDA: She’s plateaued and that’s worrying so early on. She's got to sustain a good performance throughout and stop relying on her sweet looks to get her through. I'd like to see her do something a bit more emotive rather than just looking like a Barbie doll. All the hair and everything - where’s the performance?
JESSICA: Who is she? She's a bit personality-less for me. I haven't had a wow factor yet from her. She did the Fred and Ginger number and there were moments of real grace and elegance but she should have researched it a bit more. If she’d actually watched a Fred and Ginger movie there might have been some attention to detail, but I’m only being nit picky because I know we can get more out of her.
DONAL: It was an improvement, finally, I'll give him that. But it's still not dancing on ice. At the moment he's marching in time to the music, not dancing in time the music. It's too ploddy. But I do like his work ethic, he gets in there and gives it his all. But it's just not what I want to watch.
ROXANNE: She’s another one who just leaves me cold. She has no idea how to emote. She was given Hallelujah which should have been the easiest thing in the world. Her legs are just disgraceful, they're so heavy they just don't do anything. I find her attitude really lacking. I'm sorry I've lost patience with her.
ZOE: The thing I love about Zoe is that unlike Roxanne she throws herself into it. It's beautiful to watch and she lights up the ice. It's a sincere performance and to see someone giving themselves to the ice is a joy. Considering we're half way through, her marks reflect someone who is doing well. She deserves to get to the final, she's working very hard and she's the most improved.
Coleen Nolan has revealed that she has survived a mid-series crisis and is now enjoying her time on Dancing On Ice.
The Loose Women panellist told The Mirror that she has been inspired by people who stop her on the street and tell her that they are supporting her.
She said: "I can honestly say I'm really loving Dancing On Ice this week.
"I think I was having a bit of mid-series meltdown last week and hated everything about it, but I've come through it and am feeling a lot stronger."
She added that surviving last week's show has given her new confidence to continue.
Last week, Nolan revealed that her positive mental attitude had "gone right out the window" ahead of Sunday's programme.
DANCING On Ice beauty Roxanne Pallett has been told to cough up £10,000 by cyber geeks who bought a website in her name.
The unnamed nerds snapped up the domain just weeks after Roxanne joined Emmerdale as sexpot Jo Stiles four years ago.
They offered her the rights to roxannepallett.com for £800, but the 26-year-old former soap actress refused.
When her fame increased, they ramped up the price to a whopping ten grand.
Furious Roxy said: “They registered my name when I started at Emmerdale and I hadn’t even thought of having a website.
“The first I heard about it was when they got in touch and offered to sell it to me for £800. But I didn’t think I should have to pay for my own name so I said no. The last time they offered to sell it to me was last year — for £10,000. That’s a ridiculous amount of money and I won’t pay it out of principle.”
The trend of buying popular URLs for as little as £2.99 and selling them at inflated rates has been dubbed “cybersquatting”.
When David Beckham announced his move to US team LA Galaxy, eight websites including lagalaxy.co.uk and beckham-galaxy.com changed hands within 90 minutes.
And Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have bought websites in their children’s names to stop people from trying to profit from their brood.
They bought Shilohjoliepitt.com and shilohnouveljoliepitt.com within hours of their baby girl being born in May 2006.
Meanwhile, defiant Roxanne has set up her own website — roxanne-pallettofficial.com — but is worried her fans will be confused.
The mystery owners of roxanne-pallett.com are claiming the site has nothing to do with her.
Visitors are told it belongs to a singer with the same name.
And photos of a busty brunette partying with friends have been posted to prove it.
Roxanne added: “There’s a picture of a girl up there who looks like she’s drunk. They’re claiming it’s her official site and that she’s a singer — but I know that’s not true when they’ve tried to sell it to me twice. They want to embarrass me into selling it. Unless I stump up, I don’t think there’s anything I can do about it.”

well thats her managements fault for not thinking about it, she should make them pay.
SEETHING Ellery Hanley has launched a tirade at Dancing On Ice bitch Jason Gardiner after the judge branded him Mr Potatohead on Sunday’s show.
Bald Ellery, 47 — voted out after falling in a skate-off — was disgusted at Jason’s attack on his appearance and said his vindictive nature set a bad example to kids.
He told TV Biz: “If you use the word potato then that’s a personal attack and there’s no need for it. It shows that you don’t have much integrity within yourself as a human being if you can do that.
“In a privileged position like Jason there is constructive criticism or there’s damn right rudeness and not having respect.
“It’s such a beautiful show and I don’t think he sets the correct example. It needs addressing.”
Earlier in Sunday’s show, which saw former Page 3 Girl Melinda Messenger survive the skate-off with Ellery, Jason also told babe Roxanne Pallett, 26, she had “as much charisma as a Cabbage Patch Doll”.
The judge landed in hot water earlier in the series when he told Todd Carty he looked like he had “cra**ed himself” when he skated and warned him he was in danger of leaving the show in a body bag.
ITV bosses made Jason apologise but Ellery reckons the judge has become worse and that his bullying had gone beyond playing the pantomime villain.
And he confided Jason’s jibes were so barbed he felt protective over his fellow celebrities, particularly the women.
He said: “When he said that about Todd I was sitting with the celebrities and the professional skaters and everyone was completely disgusted.
“I’m used to being verbally abused by away spectators, so I have become mentally strong and those kinds of comments don’t get to me.
“But many of the others don’t have that experience and are upset by the things he says. I feel protective towards them.”
But the rugby star said he felt no need to personally tackle Jason.
He said: “I’ll never stoop to his level. I’ll turn the other cheek, walk away and let him make a fool of himself.”
ELLERY Hanley has reason to be happy despite being booted off the show — fellow contestant Donal MacIntyre has asked him to be his daughter’s godfather.
The rugby ace beamed: “That means more to me than anything else on the show. I was melted away by that — really choked.”
RAY Quinn’s joy at his perfect score on Sunday was quickly dashed when he realised his FLIES were open for his whole routine.
A source said: “Ray was mortified when he came off and realised his flies were undone. He was so proud of getting this series’ first perfect score — until he realised his pants were showing through his crotch.”
The singer, 20, got top marks for his routine to Starship’s hit Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now

Does he really have to show off everyweek. The required element was to spin around on one foot twice. No he had to do it at least five times boring. Roxanne should have went this week her constant moaning is giving me a migraine and she didn't do the spin so that should have been an automatic skate off, at least Melinda and Ellery attempted to do it.
SOPPY Jessica Taylor said she wouldn't want to carry on competing in Dancing On Ice if pal Roxy Pallett left the show.
The former Liberty X singer, who appeared with strange 'horns' of hair on the sides of her head on Sunday's show, said that she and the ex-Emmerdale actress have become really close during filming.
Jessica said: "I feel like I wouldn't want to do the show if Roxy wasn't in it.
"We've become so close."
Meanwhile, Jessica isn't the only celeb to go mushy during filming.
Loose Women panelist Coleen Nolan admitted that she'd find the programme tough going if she didn't have Melinda's sunny company each week.
I love Melinda, Roxanne and Coleen. I think the judges are unfair with their marks.
Glad Ellery went as i agreed with Jason. He looked stupid. He cannot dance one bit and just looked uncomfy all the way through the routine.
The first celebrities taking part in this year's Dancing On Ice tour have been announced.
Rugby star Kyran Bracken, former EastEnders actor Todd Carty and singer Suzanne Shaw will headline the five-week jaunt, beginning April 2.
Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean will also be on hand to train the skaters, while performances will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the pair winning gold at the 1984 Olympics for their Bolero routine.
Karen Barber, Robin Cousins, Ruthie Henshall and Nicky Slater will provide rinkside critique, with one special guest judge joining the panel at each tour date.
Similarly to the ITV1 show, audience members will be able to text vote for their favourite skaters, with all profits going to charity. The winning couple will then perform in the finale.
The tour will start in Sheffield, before visiting Nottingham, London, Manchester, Newcastle and Birmingham, finally ending in Belfast on May 3.
Tickets are available to buy now.

Roxy is doing my head in. She needs to concentrate on learning the skills of dancing on the ice, never mind wanting to do daredevil stunts. She is more bothered about what the other celebs are doing and trying to upstage them instead of improving her own performance. She should have been in the skate off as I don;t think she can progress any further.

RED-HOT favourite Ray Quinn whizzes around on skates like a real pro. But this shot was not taken this week – or even this year.
It is from November 2006 while Ray was taking part in The X Factor.
The crooner and the other finalists in the singing contest, including eventual winner Leona Lewis, 23, all took time out to go skating. And as our photo shows, Ray, 20, was clearly a natural on the ice back then.
So it is no wonder he is the bookies’ favourite to win Dancing On Ice.
He has wowed the judges and the crowds since day one of the competition and none of the other celebs think they can beat him.
Last Sunday he scored a perfect set of five sixes. But Ray denies he has an unfair advantage.
He said: “I can count the number of times that I have been on the ice before all this on one hand.”
Last night Ray and the other six remaining stars in the contest – Roxanne Pallett, 26, Jessica Taylor, 28, Zoe Salmon, 28, Melinda Messenger, 37, Coleen Nolan, 43, and Donal McIntyre, 42 – skated for survival.
Brave Roxy was planning to have another go at “the headbanger”.
The last time she tried the dangerous stunt two weeks ago, she badly injured herself.
Just before last night’s performance she said: “This routine is made up of all the elements I’ve got wrong in the last weeks so I’m very nervous.”

I couldn't believe Jessica was in the skate off either, just goes to show you its down to popularity. How rude was Ruthie, calling Roxy Zoe, I can't believe nobody pulled her up on it at the time, I know she apologised later but it's not on, very un-professional - and as Zoe is her favourite too.
Todd Carty has been invited to perform on the Dancing On Ice final, according to a report.
The former EastEnders actor was eliminated from the ITV1 skating competition following weeks of low-scoring routines earlier this month.
Carty's most memorable moment came when he tripped and skated off-set as he performed to the Beatles' hit 'Help!' during one live show.
A show source told The Sun: "Todd is definitely returning - but we are not sure what routine he will do. We might have to up our insurance policy if he does 'Help!' again."
The soap star has also signed up for the programme's live tour, which begins later this year.

Zoe was the best by a mile last night. It amazed me that she ended up in the skate off. Wooden Pallet didnt deserve to go either. I think Colleen should have skated her last skate last night.

Even when she was announcing who she was saving Groupie Ruthie couldn't say a good word about Roxanne, instead "the girl who lights up the ice" - she is really p*****g me off now with the adoration at the altar of Zoe - she is not as good as she thinks she is, face it Ruthie.

Colleen is getting the public vote for entertainment not for her skating. She may go next week as she is the weekest of the celebs left.
Roxanne Pallett has claimed that Jason Gardiner and Ruthie Henshall should be dropped from Dancing On Ice.
The former Emmerdale actress has advised the show's producers to recruit replacements for the two judges, branding them a "waste of space".
Speaking to the Daily Star, Pallett explained: "You might as well have two blow-up dolls on their chairs.
"Jason says I am not sincere, arrogant and have no charisma. Has he looked in the mirror? Pot, kettle, black. I think his comments are tiresome. It's like he reads children's books to come up with insults."
The 26-year-old suggested that music mogul Simon Cowell and talkshow host Jeremy Kyle would be perfect for the ITV1 skating show's judging panel.
She added: "Jason is like a poor man's Simon Cowell. He's missing one thing from being Simon - class. I don't really care about them but I think it's just time for a change."
Pallett was eliminated from the programme on Sunday night after finding herself in the bottom two alongside Zoe Salmon.
She is not a happy teddy, is she?

She's got a some point points there. I watched Jason on Loose Women the other day and he was a totally different man. So why does he have to be like that on the show.
Perhaps he is a different and quite nice person when he is not judging?
Dancing On Ice Salmon promises 'special treat'
Thursday, 5 March 2009
Dancing On Ice star Zoe Salmon has promised Northern Ireland viewers a “special treat” this weekend when she skates into the rink.
The Bangor girl is dancing to a track that she believes will help encourage her local supporters to get behind her.
And the former Blue Peter presenter is relying on that support to get her through the next round, after finding herself in the dreaded skate-off last week, despite earning her highest score of the series so far.
Zoe said: “I’ve been really lucky to date and am so grateful to everyone at home for voting for me, but I’ve got a really difficult routine to do this week and I’m really scared that I won’t be able to nail it.
“I’ve chosen a song that I think everyone at home will love. I can’t say what it is, but it’s a special Northern Ireland treat and I really hope it helps people get behind me.
“This is the best experience I’ve ever had and I don’t want to go home yet. When everyone hears the song I’m dancing to, it might encourage them to vote.”
Zoe said that she wasn’t surprised to face the skate-off last week — and joked that she had enjoyed getting the chance to perform her dance again in a bid to win over the judges.
“Last week’s routine wasn’t just my highest score, it was also my favourite dance. I loved everything about it, the prop, the costume, it was great,” she said. “The fact that I also got my first six was unbelievable. To be honest, I wouldn’t have minded going out, because at least I would have been going out on a high.”
Zoe was up against Emmerdale actress Roxanne Pallett in the skate-off and was saved by all of the judges.
“I thought I might be going home because Roxy did a brilliant routine and it was her best score as well,” she said.
Zoe said she was thrilled to be included in the Dancing On Ice Live Tour line-up, which will come to the Odyssey Arena in Belfast

I cannot stand the girl - that stupid grin that she has, put me off watching her, she is supported so much by Matt on the ice, does so little skating on her own yet Groupie Ruthie gushes over her, its enough to put me off my dinner.
I do think that Jason should be axed

Ruthie gushy gushy gushy darling......
Jason the baddie you love to hate, think he plays up to it, like Craig Revel Horwood in Strictly Come Dancing.
People sometimes forget they are playing a role, they have a life outside of whatever programme they are on.
I actually dont mind Jason. Yes some of his comments are sometimes nasty but they are usually true.
Ruthie is horrible. She sticks up for Zoe and gives her great marks each week even though its her partner that carries her everywhere.
This show is stupid this year cos we know that in the final it will be Ray, Jessica n Zoe. I they ever go into the bottom two the judges will always save them so the other contestants who actually work hard each week dont have a chance.
People are saying that it is stupid that Jessica was in the bottom and then Zoe was in the bottom but obviously that means that the public dont vote for them. They must have had the lowest ammount of public votes cos they were both second in the leader boards yet both went on to be put into the skate off. So really it shows that the public dont like them and maybe the judges should realise that.
Some of us actually do like Zoe:p :p

I think this week will be Colleen's last week, next week is the semi-final and flying week and her and Donal are the weekest out of the five remaining celebs and it wouldn't be fair on Jessica, Zoe and Ray (Eddie Munster) to go out before her even if he does get on my t*ts with his showing off, Saying that I would laugh my ass off if the public voted him off next week and he didn't make it to the final.
My favourites are Jessica and Donal.

Poor Zoe she didn't deserve to go tonight. Jason was right its a shame it's a popularity show. Glad Donal got through to the next round. If I could pick the winner it would be him as he has progressed the most out of all the celebs. Colleen did well tonight and her skating was the best she's done but Robin as Robin said she isn't as advanced as the others so she should have went.

boo hiss, rubbish result this week. ok, Donal wasn't greta eithet, but he can hold his own and had shown a lot of improvement and deserves to saty. I know Coleen has had a tough week, but they said it was her best skate yet and it still wasn't nearly as good as everyone else.
oh yeah, and i wish they'd stop shoe-horning stupid tricks into Ray's skates. that splits jump was completely out of tone with the rest of the routine. and it just shows that he's a professional dancer and therefore shouldn't be on the show!
CASH-STRAPPED ITV chiefs are planning a Dancing On Ice spin-off show to air midweek.
Producers at the debt-laden network want to stretch out next year’s contest to make the most of the reality show’s 10million fans.
The plan is at a very early stage but TV Biz understands the show's short Ice Star segment could be given its own full slot — possibly on a Monday or Thursday night.
A network insider said: “Dancing On Ice works so well for ITV they want to get as much value out of it as possible.
“They already have the studio booked but it just sits there empty for most of the week.
“The thinking is a midweek show could be a great way of getting more value out of the set.”
Ice Star — dubbed Britain’s Got Talent on Ice — sees the show’s choreographers Jayne Torvill, 51, and Christopher Dean, 50, hunt for the nation’s most entertaining skaters.
Each week wannabes try to impress the skating legends, who eventually pick an ultimate winner who gets to take to the rink as part of the show’s glittering final.
Ice Star currently airs as part of the main Sunday night shows.
The source said: “Ice Star is a really popular part of the show but it often gets little attention because it’s crammed into the main show.
Bosses reckon it could easily stand alone and be something extra for fans to enjoy during the week.
“Top brass at ITV are really keen to get more entertainment shows on during the week.
“Whenever I’m A Celebrity or Britain’s Got Talent airs during the week they get massive numbers.”
ITV chairman Michael Grade revealed last week that the network had lost £2.7billion and said a key to its recovery was to draw in more viewers and advertisers with popular entertainment and reality shows.
He said that viewers “aren’t getting much fun out of the news”.
He added drama would be cut from eight hours a week to just seven, with The Bill being cut to one episode a week.

Zoe Salmon has become the latest celebrity to be voted off Dancing On Ice after she lost her week nine skate-off with Jessica Taylor.
The former Blue Peter presenter lost the judges' vote four to one, although most of the panel agreed that both skaters deserved to be in next week's semi final.
Salmon said: "I've had a ball. It's been great being involved for so long. All I can say is bring on the tour, because I've found something I've fallen in love with and I can't bear a void in my life!
"Jessica was definitely the better skater tonight so well done to her."
Of the girls' placement in the bottom two by the public, judge Jason Gardiner said: "It's a shame that it's still a personality contest."
I glad she is gone - she has interviews in every paper and magazine
Sorry to see Zoe go. She was not the worst skater on the night just as Roxanne wasnt the worst skater last week. Like most of these so called reality shows Dancing on Ice has become a popularity contest rather than people voting for the best skater. I think Jason summed it up rather well.
Well in all honestly, no matter how smug you think Ray is.. he is the best skater there... the guys flows on the ice
Ex-Blue Peter presenter Zoe Salmon has revealed that she will pose for lads' magazines in the future.
Salmon, 29, said that she is already organising photoshoots for the publications, but insisted that they would not be "tacky".
The TV host was voted off Dancing On Ice yesterday after finishing in the skate-off with singer Jessica Taylor.
"You can expect to see something soon," she told The Mirror. "It won't be tacky - there is definitely a way of doing lads' mags that isn't glamour modelling.
"All us dancers are a lot more toned up and we feel a lot sexier. At least with my new bod I'll need less airbrushing!"
Salmon also claimed that she didn't feel embarrassed by her skimpy outfits on the ice skating reality show, arguing that she revealed more flesh during her Blue Peter days.
"On Blue Peter they had me in bikinis a lot, so I actually feel more covered up on Dancing On Ice,” she said.
At least the lads can still swoon over her :D

He said that viewers “aren’t getting much fun out of the news”.
He added drama would be cut from eight hours a week to just seven, with The Bill being cut to one episode a week.
Chris Fountain has said that he is ready for a "battle" with Ray Quinn on the Dancing On Ice tour.
The Hollyoaks actor, 21, finished runner-up on last year's show, but is hoping to come out on top against Quinn, 20, at the forthcoming live shows.
"Ray's very good, but the battle is on," Fountain told the Daily Star. "Hopefully I’ll be the overall winner at the end.”
Quinn, who has already scored a perfect 30 marks from the judges, is currently the bookmaker's favourite to win this year's instalment of the reality show.
Ex-Blue Peter host Zoe Salmon became the latest celebrity to exit the show on Sunday. She claimed that the tour was helping her to get over the disappointment of missing out on a semi-final spot.
"The big thing for me is that we start training for the tour next week and I just can't wait to get stuck into that!" she told DS. "It's just the thought of it being over that scares me. The tour is just delaying the void in my life to be honest. As soon as that's finished, I'm going to be screaming 'Oh, no!'"
Coleen Nolan has only a "50/50" chance of making this Sunday's Dancing On Ice, according to Phillip Schofield.
The show's host wrote on his Twitter blog that the Loose Women star is genuinely struggling with an injury.
"News direct from Dancing On Ice," wrote Schofield. "It is genuinely 50/50 as to whether Coleen will skate on Sunday. Rib is causing concern. I'll let you know."
A spokesman told The Mirror: "It doesn't look good for her ice dream. She'll be heartbroken if she has to pull out. We're all just keeping our fingers crossed she'll be fit enough but it's not looking good."
Nolan is reported to have dislocated a rib during a flying routine in a high-wire harness.
Dancing On Ice continues at 7.10pm on ITV on Sunday.

I hope she is alright to skate on Sunday. It would be a shame if she had to withdraw now.
I dont really care about this farce of a programme any more.:wall:
Dislocated a rib - gosh , that sounds really painful.
COLEEN Nolan is touch-and-go for the Dancing On Ice semi-final after she sprained her rib and lower back.
The star of ITV1’s Loose Women and Iceland TV ads was rushed to hospital on Monday after rehearsals left her in agony. Three days earlier she broke a bone in her thumb.
Host Phillip Schofield revealed: “It is genuinely 50/50 as to whether Coleen will skate on Sunday.”
An ITV spokeswoman explained: “Her chest was X-rayed and there were no broken bones.
“Coleen has sprained her rib and lower back and was given painkillers. She is receiving treatment from the show physio.”
Coleen, 43, will rest today. It will be decided tomorrow whether she will be fit enough to take part at the weekend.
Meanwhile, bitchy judge Jason Gardiner told TV Biz it would not be fair for the public to put her through to the final at the expense of Ray Quinn or Jessica Taylor.
He sniped: “People shouldn’t be looking at Loose Women or ‘I shop at Iceland’ to vote.”
Jason, 37, revealed all five judges fear Ray and Jessica will go head-to-head in the skate-off.
He said: “We want the best people to go through to the final — not just those who are popular.
“Vote for people who are great on the ice, not great personalities.”
HOLLY Willoughby, 28, seven months pregnant but hosting Dancing On Ice, is keeping fit with yoga in preparation for the birth.
JAYNE Torvill and Christopher Dean will perform the Bolero dance that won 1984 Olympic gold on their Dancing On Ice tour.

This is the first series I've watched. Is the winner chosen by public vote, or do the judges have a say at the end?
BRAVE Coleen Nolan yesterday returned to the ice for the first time since a horror fall on Monday — despite saying the pain was worse than childbirth.
And the Loose Women star insisted she would perform on Sunday rather than let down the fans who have been voting for her.
Coleen was stretchered to hospital with a ripped back muscle and a dislocated rib and disc after the fall during mid-air move The Roll Over.
The bruised and battered star was already in pain after breaking a bone in her hand the previous week.
But the show’s medics gave her the all-clear yesterday after three days of rest and intensive physio.
Gutsy Coleen returned with just three days to learn this week’s complicated routine.
The TV presenter, 44 — the oldest celebrity left in the series — said: “I will be somehow staggering on to the ice this Sunday.
“But seriously, although it’s been a hellish week, I’m just so overwhelmed to have got this far in the competition.
“I could never have dreamed of being in the semi-finals.
“I want to skate to thank everyone for keeping me in. Even though I’m battered and bruised, I’m still dreaming of the Bolero.”
She added that she and partner Stuart Widdall would “give it all we’ve got” on the ice on Sunday.
An ITV spokeswoman told TV Biz that Coleen was still in pain — but she was putting on a brave face.
She said yesterday: “Coleen sprained her rib and lower back on Monday and has been resting.
“She received treatment from the show’s physio and went back on the ice yesterday to practise her new routine with partner Stuart.
“Coleen is confident she will be able to perform on Sunday’s live show and she is being closely monitored to make sure she will be well enough to skate.”
The star is joined in the semi-final by Donal MacIntyre, Ray Quinn and Jessica Taylor. Injuries are not the only problem Coleen faces — she is also being frozen out by the judging panel.
Bitchy Jason Gardiner is horrified that she is still in the show despite being consistently at the bottom of the leaderboard.
This week he blasted: “We are all nervous about the semi-finals because we might be in a situation where Coleen and Donal get saved.
“If the skate-off is between Ray and Jessica what do we do? It’s the worst-case scenario because I believe they are the best two contestants.
“We want the best people to be in the final, not just those who are popular.
“Vote for people who are great on the ice, not great personalities.”
But he admitted he could see Coleen’s appeal, saying: “She represents everyone watching the show who has never skated in their lives.”
Girls Aloud will also be taking to the ice on Sunday. The band will be performing new single Untouchable.
They will wear wire harnesses to descend to the rink.
Well done for Colleen to keep going, she must be in so much pain

i think Colleen should just stop, she could be risking her long-term health and it's just not worth it for a TV show. its not like she's just hurt her wrist which can be strapped up and mended, its her back as well and that could get messed up forever.
CROCKED Dancing On Ice star Coleen Nolan was back in hospital yesterday after pain from her injuries worsened dramatically.
The TV presenter, 44, was in so much agony overnight on Thursday that show medics insisted on the visit to check on her condition.
Coleen suffered a ripped back muscle and a dislocated rib and disc after she fell as she rehearsed on Monday for a mid-air move in tomorrow’s semi-final.
But last night she was vowing to take part. An ITV spokeswoman said: “No new injuries were found.”
Coleen Nolan has claimed that Dancing On Ice would be "dull" without poor skaters.
The Loose Women panellist was voted through to the competition's semi-final last weekend, despite being regularly criticised by the judges.
Nolan has now hit back at the ITV1 show's panellists, suggesting that they were wrong to instruct viewers not to vote for her.
Writing in The Mirror today, the star explained: "There have been a lot of comments from the judges about how the viewers should remember [that] 'it's not a popularity contest', because they want rid of me.
"But if this competition was just about skating they could have included only people who were young and already good skaters like Ray Quinn and Jessica Taylor. But that would have been boring, just like it would be dull if everyone was like me.
"It's a contest and the viewers must decide who impresses them the most on the day."
Nolan dislocated a rib and ripped a back muscle in training this week, but she has since vowed to continue skating.
She added: "I want to do it for my family, for me and for everyone who has voted for me. But I also want to show that you can't stop a middle-aged woman with a big dream. We might be over 40, but we're damn well not over the hill."
Dancing On Ice star Donal MacIntyre has revealed that he wants to try for another baby this year.
The investigative journalist, 42, confirmed that he dreams of raising another child with his wife Ameera, but has put the plans on hold while he competes in the ITV1 skating show.
"I'm very broody. As soon as I get my energy back I'll try for another baby," MacIntyre told The Sun. "Once I get a break from full-time ice skating, I'll be full-time baby-making."
He added: "We wanted a baby, but we put it on hold during training. I've been so exhausted I've been glad to be asleep by 9 o'clock every night. But as soon as I'm out, it'll be full steam ahead. I'll have a whole hockey team!"
MacIntyre and his wife already have two children - Allegra, six, and Tiger, 23 months.
Dancing On Ice continues at 7.15pm tomorrow on ITV1.

You've got to hand it to Colleen she's afighter but she is likely to go tomorrow night as she has not had the time to practice her routine as much as the others and it would be unfair if Jessica or Ray went out before her.
SEXPOTS Jessica Taylor, Roxanne Pallett and Melinda Messenger have vowed to “go wild” with Hollyoaks hunk Chris Fountain on next month’s Dancing On Ice tour.
Last year’s runner-up Chris, 21 — who went on the road in 2008 — has promised to take the girls on the razz when he returns with the current line-up.
Roxanne, 26, told TV Biz: “Chris says the tour is where the action and the magic happens. We’re going to go wild!”
The girls became so close on the ITV1 show that they even kissed each other’s BREASTS for good luck before performing. And they agreed on a recent night out to let their hair down on the five-week tour of UK cities which kicks off in Sheffield on April 2.
Roxy said: “Me, Melinda and Jess went out for cocktails and decided that the show was Part One and the tour is Part Two — and Part Two is where ALL the action happens.
“It’s our playtime. We’ve done our apprenticeship, our homework, our hard work.
“We know the ice and know the routines. I can’t wait to skate in front of a million people, then go out and celebrate afterwards!”
Single Roxanne is on the lookout for a man after toning her figure on the show. And married Jessica and Melinda are happy to help her. She said: “Everyone wants to fix me up! I say, ‘Bring it on.’ ”
The girls are already practising their antics. On a restaurant date with Melinda and Jess, Roxy stunned diners by performing the raunchy Pussycat Dolls-inspired chair routine she learned for the show.
She giggled: “I've lost all inhibitions now I’ve found my inner Pussycat Doll.
“Look out men, if I'm anywhere near a chair!
“I showed Melinda in the middle of a restaurant and everyone’s jaw-dropped. I’ve got an alter-ego now. When I’m out, I’m Tina Sparkle!”
Meanwhile, Melinda has told of her joy at saving her marriage to hubby Wayne.
The pair split last April after 10 years, but have now worked through their problems. Mum-of-three Mel, 38, said: “It’s a dream come true. We’re stronger than ever.
“I’d assumed once a relationship was dead, there was no coming back.”
Ah it was so sweet last night.. colleen's partner was crying cause she was brave enough to get back on the ice.. Sorry to see her go last night but the other 3 deserved it more.
Dancing On Ice's Ray Quinn has been confirmed for a run as Danny Zuko in the West End production of Grease.
Quinn will play the lead role at the Piccadilly Theatre from May 11 to October 3 after completing the Dancing On Ice live tour. Further casting is still to be announced.
The former X Factor contestant has previously performed as Doody in the musical.
"I'm so excited to be going back to Grease," Quinn told Digital Spy. "This time I'm playing Danny Zucko. It's a massive opportunity and a dream come true.
"Since I was a kid, I've always loved the character and said I wanted to do that one day. I can't believe my luck."
Producer David Ian commented: "I am absolutely delighted to have a performer of Ray's stature in Grease. He has proven what an incredible talent he is on Dancing on Ice and I know he will truly thrill audiences as Danny Zuko."
Quinn will compete against Jessica Taylor and Donal MacIntyre in the Dancing On Ice final this weekend. The singer is the bookmakers' favourite to win the show but has played down his chances of taking home the title.
"Nothing's for sure. I've got to go out there and fight for it," he said. "I'm just loving the fact that I'm in the final. Anything after that is a bonus."
Ray Quinn has said that he is having to conquer his fear of heights for the Dancing On Ice final.
The former X Factor star admitted that he was struggling to cope with the flying routine in the final because he suffers from bad motion sickness.
"I love the flying and to get to do it is an honour," Quinn told DS. "But I am scared of heights. I get sea sick, I get car sick. I don't like rollercoasters.
"You're all strapped in and it was hard to deal with at first. The more times I've done it, the easier it's become, but I'm still finding it hard to be delicate and smooth. I've got to get in that frame of mind."
Speaking about criticisms that he was already a trained dancer before the show, Quinn commented: "I thought myself, I would have an advantage as a dancer. But when you put the blades on and only have a couple of millimetres of steel, you are literally on the ice and dancing...It's slippy out there!
"Off the ice, I could dance all day. But on the ice, it's very different."
The Dancing On Ice final airs on Sunday on ITV1 at 6:55pm.
Dancing On Ice has a calming effect on prisoners, according to Donal MacIntyre.
The investigative reporter, 42, confirmed that he had been "inundated" with letters from prisoners about his appearance on the show.
"My old TV work used to be number one viewing at Her Majesty’s prisons and now Dancing On Ice is number one in prisons at seven o’clock on a Sunday," he told Digital Spy.
"I was told by one prison officer that it has a calming effect in some of Her Majesty’s most secure establishments.
"It is exclusively male prisoners. They are from local prisons in Surrey and a few high security places. Prisoners have left messages on my mobile and contacted me on Facebook. I've had around 50 letters.
"They leave messages like 'I hope you win, we love you!'. Previously they said, 'I'm innocent, get me out!'"
He added: "I was stopped by a guy in Guildford, who said 'We love your stuff Donal. I've just been let out after a five-year stretch. We really love Dancing On Ice. I loved your outfit for the Blues Brothers routine'."
MacIntyre also admitted that he was finding himself more nervous during the skate-offs on the show than when he was "dealing with prisons and gangsters".
The Dancing On Ice final airs on ITV1 on Sunday at 6:55pm.

"Nothing's for sure. I've got to go out there and fight for it," he said. "I'm just loving the fact that I'm in the final. Anything after that is a bonus."
What! I really wanted to see this, but Im sorry Im gonna have to wait even longer, Im not gonna see it if hes in it

I think Donal deserves to win. He's developed and improved as a skater from the start and has come quite a long way.
LAST night’s Dancing On Ice final could well be the last for one of the judges — because ITV bosses are considering slashing the panel down to FOUR.
Producers are worried the five-strong group doesn’t allow for enough criticism as the judges struggle to each have their say.
They reckon a four-strong panel would be better and give a more rounded view.
An insider said: “There are some great names on the panel but sometimes we don’t get enough out of them. In the early stages of the competition there are so many dancers you only have a few minutes for them to comment.
“Often we only have time for one judge so you have four people who are sitting there twiddling their thumbs.”
The source added that a four-strong panel had proved successful on shows like The X Factor and Strictly Come Dancing.
The insider said: “On Strictly they all get a decent bit to say and also you remember who said what. You can also develop each one’s personality a bit better if there are fewer judges.”
The plan is at a very early stage so no decisions have been made about who would go.
The Dancing On Ice panel currently comprises Jason Gardiner, Robin Cousins, Karen Barber, Nicky Slater and Ruthie Henshall.
If the cutback happens it will be warmly welcomed by bitchy judge Jason Gardiner.
Last week he told how he thought a five-strong panel was too much. He said: “I think there are too many judges on our panel. As it is we don’t have the airtime to have a say.
“The panel needs to be cut down to three or four.
“Sometimes only one judge will get to speak and that’s not enough for me.”
ITV chiefs will no doubt give the plan some serious thought after disastrously changing the Britain’s Got Talent panel from three to four — then switching back.
They hired Kelly Brook to add some extra glamour alongside Amanda Holden, Simon Cowell and Piers Morgan.
But the plan backfired and Kelly was ditched after just a few days.
Ray Quinn has won Dancing On Ice, beating Jessica Taylor and Donal MacIntyre in yesterday's final.
Quinn and his partner Maria Filippov scored an unprecedented two rounds of perfect 6.0s for their routines to Take That's 'Greatest Day' and Starship's 'Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now'.
As he accepted his victory, Quinn said: "It's a dream come true. I'm absolutely speechless. I've been dreaming of this moment since the beginning."
Of Quinn's second performance, judge Robin Cousins said: "Absolutely magnificent. You had extra nuances and there were more minute details that we all saw. It was perfect."
MacIntyre beat Taylor to second place and Karen Barber said that the investigative journalist was "what Dancing On Ice is all about".
Cant beleive Ray won. He didnt deserve to. He didnt get any better each week whereas Donal went from not being able to skate to been very good.
Why did he get 30 for his first skate?! It was by far the worst performance of the night. When he was lifted off the floor he did hardly anything yet they still said it was the best performance.

i dont like the flying routines, they seem totally pointless. they've spent weeks learning to skate and them all they do is waft around in the air for a couple of minutes!
The flying thing is technically more difficult than it looks as they have to make sure it is flawless between skating and take off and the landing has to be spot on too...Ray got the 30 points cause he was technically better than the rest and that is what most of the judges look for

A predictable winner really. I would have liked Donal to have won, but well done to Ray.

Ray was fantastic through out and a total joy to watch... Donal was fantastic too but if you look at last year there was loads complaining that Chris didn't win as he was the better skater from the start so you can't really please everyone... Ray was dancing on ice!!

Producers of Dancing On Ice have considered sacking some of the show's professional skaters because they are not attractive enough, it has been claimed.
An insider reportedly told The Sun that makers of the ITV1 show may replace some of the skaters in a bid to emulate the success of BBC One's Strictly Come Dancing.
A source said: "Bosses have been aware for some time their professionals are a rare-looking bunch. They might get by with their sequins on but they look rough in training scenes.
"On Strictly the dancers are almost as famous as the celebs. We need that from our skaters and the cast we've got just isn't cutting it. No new contracts have been given to any of the stars yet."
Judge Jason Gardiner said: "The skaters and judges are all dispensable. If they need to make the changes they'll make them. Everybody is replaceable - except Torvill and Dean."

lol, when are ITV ever going to realise that their little rip-off show just simply isn't as good as Strictly?

no way it's ever bit as good, i love shows.
Stricly bad bit's - Brucie and Arlene
Dancing bad bit's - Jason Gardener
lol, when are ITV ever going to realise that their little rip-off show just simply isn't as good as Strictly?
i agree with you LV, but the final for DOI got over 10 million viewers, so a lot of the British public must disgaree with us!!!
Strictly come dancing is crap.
A lot of people may like it but i just think its boring.
Dancing on ice is good but i think it should only have people on it who have no experience, not just on the ice but dancing and stuff.
The reason peopl liked Donal and Todd was because they couldnt do it at first but improved over time (ok todd not so much lol) whereas Ray had a lot of experience in dancing and therfore could do all the move things.

I've only watched the latest series of Dancing on Ice, but I'm hooked now! Much better than Strictly IMO. A lot more difficult to dance on ice too. Looking forward to seeing one of the live shows soon! :)

I prefer SCD to DOI because we have Anton and Bruno. DOI doesn't have any banter between the judges like SCD does Jason needs someone to aruge with on the ice panel. both are good family entertaining shows that appeals to different audiences and aged groups.
For me dancing on ice has gone down hill, way down
Roxanne Pallett has reignited her feud with Dancing On Ice judge Jason Gardiner.
The former Emmerdale actress called for Gardiner to be sacked after being eliminated from the ITV1 skating show earlier this year.
Gardiner later responded to Pallett's remarks by branding her "ungracious" and "a really silly little girl".
Pallett has now expressed her joy following the news that her enemy will not be appearing in the show's live tour this year.
"We're all relieved Jason isn't going to be there," she told the Daily Star. "It's nice knowing you're not going to get absolutely slated in front of your family and friends."
However, hitting back at her latest comments, Gardiner claimed: "I can guarantee I'm happier about it than she is because I'll be sunning myself in Ibiza."
Ray Quinn was voted as the competition's winner on March 22.
She really does not like Jason or his comments, does she :p

She'll still have Ruthie to put up with though. Wish Ruthie wasn't on the panel, but at least I shall be able to boo her if I want!

Every show needs a bad guy and DOI has Jason, there is no way Jason would say anthing nice to any contestant because he is paid to be the panto villian and be booed and hissed at. Roxanne would have know this. She should just get over it.

The ' Dancing on Ice ' show was fantastic! :)
So amazing to see Torvill and Dean, especially dancing the Bolero. Ray Quinn and Chris Fountain were in the skate-off at the end, and Ray won. Todd even got a 6 from the guest judge!
Ruthie Henshaw has quit DOI to pursue other projects after two years on the ITV hit show.
She wants ore time with daughter Liy, six, and Dolly, four, and she is opening a threatre school in Manningtree, Essex and making an album.
Ruthie said: "I loved the show. I wish them well."
NOTW
Well thats good for her :)
She was ok judge but tbh I never thought she should have been a judge, just like Jason for me I feel they dont have the right to be there

She is going into business with my old dance teacher Debbie Miller. They should be great, Debbie is super fun, good teacher and makes herself understood. Many a good dance show have I been involved with under Debbie's direction.
UNDERCOVER TV reporter Donal MacIntyre and his wife were beaten up by friends of a Chelsea football hooligan he exposed NINE YEARS ago.
MacIntyre — runner-up in this year’s Dancing on Ice — was viciously attacked by four smartly-dressed men at a wine bar.
Wife Ameera De La Rose, 32, was belted when she waded in to help him.
Dad-of-two MacIntyre, 43, collapsed with concussion while talking to cops and was treated in hospital.
He told The Sun: “I’ve had kidnapping threats, been assaulted before, had my car trashed and I’ve had to move many times.
“I’ll take those slings and arrows, but it crosses a line when my wife gets caught in the crossfire.
MacIntyre — renowned for his TV series MacIntyre Undercover — infiltrated the the Chelsea Headhunters hooligan gang and covertly filmed them planning an attack.
Members Jason Marriner, 42, and Andy ‘Nightmare’ Frain, 45, were jailed for six and seven years respectively following the exposé in 2000.
On Wednesday, shortly after he arrived at Cloud 9 wine bar in Hampton Court, Surrey — Marriner lived nearby — four white men yelled “you grass, you snitch”
He said: “They launched an assault by punching me. My wife tried to protect me when I was on the floor.
“They were trying to get me, missed me and then got her.” She suffered bruising to her face, arms and legs. He added: “She is extremely distressed.”
MacIntyre, who was left with a black eye and cut face, said: “The attack on us clearly related to my investigation from 2000.”
A witness from the bar added: “One guy specifically mentioned him turning over his mate Jason Marriner with sneaky tape recorders.”
Police said a 48-year-old man from Addlestone, Surrey, was arrested and quizzed on suspicion of assault.
He was bailed pending further inquiries.
