SEXY Stacey Branning is forced to call an ambulance for husband Bradley after he has an allergic reaction to a piece of walnut cake.

But the timing couldn’t have been worse for the troubled babe as she’s trying to get the lad to sit down with her for a
serious chat about their future.

Broody Bradley is keen for them to start a family and has been trying his best to convince Stacey a baby is just what they need to get their marriage back on track.

Desperate not to lose him again, Stacey – who was recently seen struggling with her feelings for newcomer Callum Monks – has been keeping quiet about what it is she wants for the future.

And following weeks of torment she tries her best to bring up the tricky topic of conversation.

However, just as she’s about to start talking, Bradley struggles for breath and Stacey is forced to call an ambulance.

An EastEnders insider said: “Stacey has been in turmoil. She loves Bradley and wants their marriage to work but she’s feeling a lot of pressure from him.

“The chemistry she has with Callum hasn’t really been helping matters either.

“She’s more confused than ever when she finally plucks up the courage to talk to Bradley about how she’s feeling.

“But just as she’s starting to talk, poor Brad comes over all funny.

“He tells her he’s not feeling right and finds it very difficult to breathe.”

Our source added: “Stacey is in bits and immediately calls for an ambulance.

“Viewers will later discover that it’s all down to a walnut cake that he’s eaten.”

Fans of the hit BBC1 soap will be able to watch all the drama surrounding Bradley’s allergic reaction a week on Friday.

Do they know that he has a nut allergy? Might be the first time that he is experiencing a bad reaction. :searchme:

Is it possible for alergic to reactions to suddenly appear

I think it is. Most serious allergies like nuts and egg are picked up during childhood but I think it is possible to develop an allergy later on in life.

He probably wont know it is a walnut cake. Being a nut allergy sufferer myself sometimes you don't realise, or you realise after you've had a bite....but then if your allergy is that serious you always read the packaging.....but then again its not always very clear on the packaging! Unless someone has baked a cake and he's had a bit....who knows!!!

but surely if you have a serious allergy, you would always check the packaging? i know my cousin has to be really careful with everything he eats cos hes allergic to nuts. it seems like theyre in the house when he eats it so surely it must have been either bradley, stacey or dot who bought it, all of who know bradley has a nut allergy!

well yes that's what i thought because even if lets say Dot baked it and it had no packaging then she would know he's allergic to nuts!
An example with packaging though, my mum bought some brownies the other week no mention of coconut on the front, just double chocolate or something so didn't check the packaging, silly i know, by chance someone ate one before me and realised they had coconut in. Some wrappers also aren't that clear, they will say 'may contain traces of peanuts' instead of 'contains nuts' then in the ingredients it will have another random nut in.
The other thing with the bradley issue is if it is a serious allergy you know straight away, i can known after one bite soooo with a serious nut allergy you wouldn't be sitting there for ages after having a random conversation and then get a fullblown allergic reaction.

It's Eastenders, what can you say  They're always going to have continuity issues. :p

I love the front of my tv guide it just says - 'DEAD? Stacey's horror as Bradley's poisoned.' :rotfl:
