I was thinking about this other day and I think it would be cool if Sharon decided too sell the Bookies and Archie brought it. I think it give him a bit more staying power around the square.

I dont see what it would add for Archie to have it. He's only going to be around for as long as Peggy and the girls want him there. once they find out what a nasty peice of work he is there'll be no point in him staying around. It's obvious he's only a temporary character. I'll be suprised if he's still on screen this time next year.

Nope she doesn't, she wanted to buy it. But Dennis and Sharon pulled out at the last min deciding to keep it for cash flow in the USA.

yeh i think sharon still owns it but i assumed pat was still like the manager but she now has the cab business so i dont know?

i dont really want archie to have a tie to the square other than his family tbh as when everyone finds out the truth about him i dont really think there would be any point in him staying around
