Bit on Tom:

Tom is best known for playing the hospital lothario in BBC One's Holby City. His hearthrob status was sealed when his character Sam Strachan romanced, and fathered the child of, his boss, as well as engaging in several relationships with the ward sisters.

A big fan of dance and choreography, Tom has proved that he has his eye on winning Strictly Come Dancing by postponing his wedding and honeymoon plans.

Tom says: "I had to tell my wedding guests that it was because of my Holby filming commitments!"

He adds: "I want to become an excellent mover – I can't wait to learn ballroom and wear the posh costumes. Hopefully I'll last longer in the competition than I did on the celebrity Weakest Link where I was voted off in the first round!"

I am really hoping they put up every thing on YOU TUBE, cos I will be aable to follow every thing up until we get back to Europe:)
I was hoping they would give some one DECENT to Anton, hes such a sweet lovely guy.I would love to see him actually dance in the FINALS,,,:thumbsup:

there's only 3 new professional dancers; 2 new ones because there are 2 extra couples this year and another 1 to replace Nicole Cutler.

Strictly Come Dancing star Christine Bleakley is suffering from stress after comparing herself to last year's winner Alesha Dixon, according to a report.

The TV host has been feeling pressured since discovering that her professional dance partner is Matthew Cutler, who was paired with Dixon on the 2007 series.

Things went from bad to worse for Bleakley when Matthew encouraged her to watch footage of Alesha's winning routines.

"Poor Christine probably has the hardest pair of dance shoes to fill - ever," an insider told the Daily Star Sunday. "Alesha took last year by storm and Matthew is keen to do the double. She's really feeling the pressure."

The source added: "She was really nervous before she started rehearsing and watching Alesha in action hasn't done her any favours. The producers are monitoring her progress as they are worried she might not be able to carry on."

I think this is really unfair of Matthew doing this. No wonder poor Christine is feeling stressed out.

it just sounds like a story the newspapers have made up out of nothing! i don't think its unfair of Matthew to do that, she needs to know what's going to be expected of her if she wants to win and tbh i don't believe that she didn't know Matthew won the show last year.
