after all the recent talk of harry potter recently, with the tales being published and the new trailer i would like all your theories as to what happened next following the end of the story.

although JK has given snippets, like ron joining the family business etc, what do you think really happened, i mean, defeating voldy was a pretty major thing, where do harry and ginny live?? are they recluses or has everyone accented what happened and allowed them to live a normal life???

did snape get a posthumous award for what he did????

did the malfoys loose all tehir money because everyone realised they were complete gits????

what happened to luna??

is hargid headmaster??? whats magonagall doing with retirement?? how many books did rita skeeta publish???

did everyone get a happy ending???

My version what I wanted to happen:
*Harry and Ginny and Ron and Hermione get married and have children after Voldy had been killed and the Death Eaters are in Azkaban.

*Either of these two scenarios, I can't decide which I like best:

1. The Potters' house is rebuilt and Harry goes back there to live in Godric's Hollow (btw, did anyone make the connection of Godric Griffindor and Godric's Hollow before it was mentioned in DH?). Ron and Hermione go to live there too.

2. Harry returns to Grimmuld Place with his family where they live happily. Kreacher also returns to his post and serves the family well.

* A memorial to Sirius is errected in the graveyard next to Harry's parents. Lupin and Tonks are also buried there together. All the Maruders are reunited in death (Wormtail was a traitor so he doesn't count).

* Harry never revealed the contents of the memories Snape gave to him during DH to anyone except his wife and two best friends. Harry united with Dumbledore in saying that he trusted Snape and added that he put his life on the line for many years. People accepted this turn of events eventually.

* I felt sorry for the Malfoy's in DH. The powers that be realised that Lucius and Narcissa regretted their actions with the Death Eaters and sent them to live in exile as punishment. Draco was allowed to stay in the country.

* Knockturn Alley was joined with Diagon Alley. All the Dark arts shops were closed down and replaced with normal shops.

* George carried on Weasley's Wizards Wheezes in memory of Fred. He eventually got married and had children.

* After several decades of teaching Herbology, Nevile became headmaster.
