Not quite like a shot-gun wedding with Ronnie wanting to prevent this happening rather than holding the gun to Sean's head  Well, we know it will not last if it happens.

more detailed spoilers in case anyones interested:

monday
A concerned Dawn calls the hospital worried about where Jase is, but her panic soon sets in when she realises what's happened. As Dawn's scrubbing the blood stain on the carpet, Jay walks in and she warns him that Jase could be in trouble. Later, Dawn locates Jase in the café but he's not in a good way at all. He reminds her that she ran out on him and wants to find Jay. Back at the flat, Jase comes clean to Dawn, who begs Jase to change his ways, but Jase is raging. He smashes the 'lovers entwined' statue, full of self-loathing and frustration, prompting Dawn to rush out of the flat. As Dawn is consoled by Lucas in the park, Jay confronts his father.

Jase explains that he's returned to his old ways and feels like he's let his son down. Jay's angry when his dad mentions leaving Walford, but when Dawn returns home, she walks in on Jay packing his bags. Jase is speaking with Garry in The Vic, asking him to look after Dawn while he's away, but Dawn bursts in and makes an announcement and she sets a date for the wedding…

Stacey's slightly worried that Sean's in such a happy mood - he seems a changed man, but what's he up to? Stacey asks Sean to look after Jean for the afternoon, but Sean has other plans. Roxy soon barges into the room wearing an '80s-style wedding dress and their motives soon become apparent. Stacey learns that they're planning on keeping it a quiet affair - Sean doesn't want Jean there and Roxy certainly doesn't want Ronnie there…

Elsewhere, Jean prepares a picnic for her and Ted; Denise receives a postcard; Ian's still determined to sell the stall, while Honey attempts to raise £5,000 to buy it; Denise sorts through Kevin's clothes; Ted speaks to Stacey about Jean and admits he wants to end their relationship; Denise packages up all of Kevin's clothes to send to Carly; and Jean's heartbroken when she hears about Ted.

tuesday
Sean's adamant that Jean isn't going to the wedding, but Jean's heard everything and is sitting heartbroken on the bottom step of the staircase. Roxy and Sean tell Jean that they want their wedding to be a quiet one. Jean can't understand why Roxy doesn't want to tell her sister about it. When Ronnie turns up at the Slaters', Jean panics and slams the door in her face.

Later, as Roxy's trying on her wedding dress, Corky the parrot flies out of the window, prompting Roxy to rush to the front door. In an old coat of Mo's, Roxy's determined to retrieve Corky, who's now perched on a rooftop.

While Roxy's on the rooftop, Ronnie removes the ladder and won't raise it again until her sister agrees to speak with her. Sean comes to Roxy's rescue and goes up to get her, but she's not wearing any underwear. Sean makes the whole crowd turn around while Roxy descends the ladder. Jean's thrilled to learn that she can now go to the wedding and digs out her own wedding album, before making a shocking confession about Sean. When Jean can't find the camera, Sean offers to look for it. But when Roxy goes to find him, wondering where he is, there's a note on the kitchen table for her: it's an apology from Sean - he just can't do it…

Elsewhere, Shirley's accidentally forgotten Vinnie's birthday; Heather's adamant that Shirley still has feelings for Phil; things remain frosty between Max and Jack; Lucas and Chelsea have a bonding session; Jack wants to take Tanya on holiday, but she's not impressed with the situation; Shirley walks in on Ben practising his dance routine; Ben lets slip to Shirley about Phil's new woman, 'Suzy'; Phil offers Honey some more shifts behind the bar at The Vic; and Max is left seething by what he finds on his doorstep.

thursday
Stacey's helping Roxy to prepare for her wedding, while Sean's still missing. Stacey's concerned about her brother's whereabouts, but Roxy's sure he'll show. Jean lets slip to Mo that Roxy and Sean are getting married today, but Mo's adamant that Sean's done a runner. Roxy panics when she turns up at Booty and it's closed. Tanya's not around, so where is she? On the phone to Stacey, Roxy puts two and two together and presumes Sean and Tanya have gone off together. Sean, meanwhile, is curled up on the sofa at Pat's.

When Stacey finally catches up with Roxy, she tries to reassure the bride-to-be that Sean will re-appear before they're due to tie the knot. Just as Stacey mentions that she's finished fine-tuning Roxy's wedding dress, Ronnie shows up wanting to know what they're talking about. As Roxy continues searching for Sean, Stacey returns to the stall and confides in Bradley that it looks like the wedding's off.

Roxy finally locates Sean - he's still on Pat's sofa. Sean's anxious about the whole situation and tearfully tells Roxy that he's worried about raising a Slater, petrified that his child will turn out like his mother. Roxy leaves Sean to decide what he's doing, but assures him that she's going ahead with the wedding, with or without him, even if it means marrying a random man. Meanwhile, Ronnie's stunned when Mo tells her what Roxy and Sean have planned behind her back. At the registry office, Roxy's waiting for Sean, but the door flings open and she stares open-mouthed at who's turned up…

Elsewhere, Shirley tries to persuade Phil to go and watch Ben dance; Billy struggles to find the final bit of cash; Denise is still suspicious of Lucas and remains bitter about the past; and Phil's furious when he discovers that Ben has gone to the dance show.

friday
Sean arrives at the Town Hall looking a mess and although Roxy's pleased to see him, she insists he and Bradley switch clothes for the duration of the service. When Sean reveals that he goes commando, he and Bradley leave the room to swap their clothes. Ronnie, meanwhile, is heading across town in the hope of stopping the wedding.

Finally arriving at the Town Hall, Ronnie barges in and interrupts the service. Tempers begin to flare as Ronnie threatens to deck Bradley for stepping in her way, while Stacey also squares up to her. Ronnie tears the wedding certificate in two, before dragging her sister into the next room, where a heated argument ensues.

Meanwhile, Denise is giving Jordan a lift in her taxi and is stunned at how openly the youngster talks about Lucas's past. She's taken aback when he also reveals that Lucas talks about his past so openly in sermons.

Elsewhere, Shirley's still having trouble with persuading Phil to go to Ben's dance show, but eventually relents; Phil agrees to lend Billy the money to buy the stall; Billy hires Peter to work on the stall for the summer, but Peter's not impressed when Ian reveals that he's sold the stall; and Shirley returns home after receiving a troubled phone call from Heather.
