WEATHERFIELD gets a real facelift when hospital worker Marcus Dent becomes a Botox specialist.
Gay Marcus realises he can rake in the cash after his partner Sean Tully has the treatment to help him keep his looks.
At first Marcus, right,tries to talk him out of having the jabs, claiming the anti-ageing serum is a form of botulism.
But Sean barks back:
“Cliff Richard looks good on it. “Have you seen my forehead? It’s got more grooves in it than the soundtrack to Saturday Night Fever.”
Sean (Antony Cotton, 32) gets his way and even manages to persuade Marcus (Charlie Condou, 35) to go with him.
And after being impressed with the set-up and amazed at the sky-high prices, Marcus announces he will become a Botox practitioner.
He tells Sean: “All you need to do is take a short course – and Bob’s your uncle.”
A Corrie insider revealed: “The writers are bound to milk the fact there will soon be Botox available on the Street.
“And viewers will be wondering which resident is first to go under the needle.”
I could think of quite a few who could do with this treatment. :lol:
