Linden is under increasing pressure following the death of Liam Harris, as the medical drama continues. However, despite being suspended, he is still at Holby and helping a Chinese couple who are expecting conjoined twins.
Faye and Joseph's engagement, meanwhile, has become common knowledge after Joseph told Jac, and a surprise party has been arranged for them – much to Faye's dismay.
Jayne does not want the Chinese conjoined twins to be delivered at Holby City, until she realises they are, in fact, from North Korea and that their lives will be in danger if they return to their home country. Maddy, meanwhile, becomes suspicious of Jamie's involvement in the death of Liam Harris.
