DI Morell (Tanya Franks) heads what appears to be the kidnap of PC Honey Harman (Kim Tiddy) by her murderer husband Scott Burnett (Matt Bardock). Little do the relief realise that Honey has fled of her own volition, and that the young lovers are waiting at a beach house by the coast for a boat to whisk them to France. Honey maintains to Scott that she is doing the right thing, despite the fact that his behaviour is becoming increasingly erratic and violent…
Until Scott puts his foot in it by letting slip he knew about his murdered wife’s affair with his best mate, and then has no choice but to confess to his heinous crime. Now Honey is trapped in a remote place with an unhinged murderer, and desperately tries to alert colleagues to their whereabouts by sneaking the battery back in Scott’s phone. With their marriage completely on the rocks, will Bonnie or Clyde try and drown their sorrows?
Elsewhere PC Yvonne Hemmingway (Michele Austin), still reeling from a reprimanding for telling Honey about the glove, goes to place flowers on Shirley Moss’ grave to commemorate what would have been her sixteenth birthday. She is furious when she and PC Tony Stamp (Graham Cole) discover a guy nicking flowers from graves and reselling them. When she later tries to handcuff him, he grabs her in a headlock. She uses her asp in defence, and knocks him unconscious. Has Yvonne deliberately used excessive force?
And PC Amber Johannsen (Myfanwy Waring) teases PC Dan Casper (Chris Jarvis) about his alleged run in with a gang of youths armed with knives. How will Dan get her off his case?

PC Yvonne Hemmingway (Michele Austin) is on tenterhooks as she awaits an enquiry into the use of her asp on criminal Lee Thomas. Dishy nurse Nick is on hand to console her, but it doesn’t stop her shouting at the boy’s mother to try and make her listen to her apology. It gets worse when PC Tony Stamp (Graham Cole) mentions their earlier encounter with Lee at the cemetery in his interview, but the final blow is when Superintendent Adam Okaro (Cyril Nri) tells Yvonne that Lee has died due to injuries sustained. Is Yvonne’s career over?
Elsewhere Scott Burnett (Matt Bardock) is in custody awaiting charges, and PC Honey Harman (Kim Tiddy) fights to keep her job when interviewed by Adam. Will Adam believe her claims that she was abducted?
Meanwhile, an indiscretion by PC Amber Johannsen (Myfanwy Waring) leads JT (Nick Patrick) to surmise that Inspector Gina Gold (Roberta Taylor) has cancer. And PC Dan Casper (Chris Jarvis) tells Gina that Amber has been blackmailing him to do her property list. What will happen when Gina catches up with Amber?
