June Brown, another almost eternal presence on the small screen, was appointed MBE for playing the sanctimonious, judgmental and two-faced Dot Cotton on the BBC soap EastEnders, as well as for her charity work.

Wouldn't it be a lovely story for EE if Dot was to recieve an OBE for her hard work in the lauderet after all these years. EE could do a EE special with Dot & Jim going to the Palace if dear old John is able to return to work.

Yeah Jodi both Barbara Windsor and Wendy Richards have been given awards before June.
