When did it go like that? Was it after you booted up?

It started happening about 3 days ago but wouldnt happen every time i put it on, but since yesterday it has been happening every time i put it on, and is as soon as the startup screen is on

You tried running a virus check? Sorry if I appear patronising, you all know a lot more about IT than I do. :D

Can you take it back to the shop to see if they can repair it. When I got Marley's laptop at xmas I pay an extra £7 a month to PC World that way if anything is wrong they will repair it or replace it for free.

and it is still under warantee, so i can take it back, its just i need my laptop at the minute as im doing exams so would rather try and sort it out without having to take it in, as they had mine for ages last time it got sent in
