SHE hasn’t been gone long, but Linda Lusardi could soon be on her way BACK to Emmerdale.

Our spies tell us the former Page 3 pin-up wants to reprise her role as Carrie Nichols for a few weeks.

Fans last saw her on screen earlier this year when her character left town to move to Canada with old flame Nick.

An insider said: “Linda was great on the show and a lot of viewers miss her. She’s indicated that she’d like to come back for a bit.”

Linda was soon back on ITV after leaving Emmerdale, starring in Dancing On Ice.

Maybe she’ll come back to the soap as a pro skater trained on frozen Canadian lakes.

She played Carrie Nicholls, Scarlet's and Lexi's mum although at first when Lexi joined, Lexi thought that Carrie was her older sister.
