Unable to face losing Dan's love and respect, Samantha covers her deceit by allowing Dan to believe she lost their baby. When Libby discovers Sam was never pregnant, she urges Sam to come clean for Dan's sake. Sam can't bring herself to let go of her dream, forcing Libby to take matters into her own hands.

The Parker family rejoice at the news of Steve's successful appeal, unaware Steve is harbouring a painful secret. (For future reference- Steve has a fight with a guy in jail called Pete Ferguson who follows him home for revenge).

Lou organises a kissing booth as a fundraiser for the footy club. Declan and Ty engage in friendly rivalry over who will get more kisses, Bridget and Rachel's feelings for the boys are tested. But is Ty's biggest fan his mum?

Steve is forced to reveal his secret shame to Nicola and finds a surprising pillar of support. Nicola's faith in Steve restores his confidence and when things come to a head with the prison thugs, Steve acts decisively and releases his inner demon.

Despite squandering her family dreams, Elle puts Rebecca's emotional safety before her own needs and tell her about Paul's flirtation with Nicola. Reeling from Rebecca's rejection, Paul works to get her back. Hearing from Oliver that all this was Elle's doing, Paul is determined to shut her out of his life.
