DEIDRE Barlow is a right vein in the neck according to a new survey.

Yes, our artery-popping Corrie star Deidre (Anne Kirkbride) and her straining neck is soap fans' biggest pet hate.

The survey by The Daily Record also found fault with Eileen Grimshaw and her endless rooms for lodgers, Norris and Blanche bagging invites to parties despite being widely disliked and no-one going to spend a penny in the Rovers' male loos.

We want to know what soap habits set your teeth on edge.

Whether it's Gail Platt's over-blinking, Shadrach Dingle's seemingly lax personal hygiene, Phil Mitchell's rasping sausage-faced anger scenes or even Gilly from Hollyoaks' aping of Liam Gallagher about 15 years after it was cool - get voting now!

Gail Platts blinking is soo annoying. Another one is the fact no one has any washing machines in WAlford.

Both of those are on the top of my list, I mean the thing about washing machines? Their kitchens look like they could room.
Another thing that makes me laugh is that everyone female in coronantion street is able to sew knickers  I mean I know plently of people that cant get the whole of coronation is thriving with them

How come hardly any people go into Ian's chippy?

SALLY WEBSTER!!

Argh! I don't know why but she just really winds me up! And so does Ian Beale!

also the thing about washing machines! And the fact that Tracy and Winston aka the silent ones never have anything interesting to say. They have like 4 lines all year - usually with Peggy telling Tracy what to do and answering with a simple 'yes'.

How come people like the DIngles and the Millers who don't work and yet always are able to spend all day in the pub. For all the writers of soaps trying to write everyday storylines and plots you neve see anyone working away from the square or the street.

I hate continuity errors. Like Pat's pillow. And Shabnams ability to take burning hot popcorn out of the microwave without flinching. :p

Also, since Ian's a huge entrepreneur...wouldn't he be the one on the square most likely to have a washing machine?

Twas funny when the popcorn went flying across the kitchen.

I have another continuity error. In Home and Away towards the end of last year Cassie got banned from driving. When she left a few weeks ago she was driving while still banned :nono:

I know it was bad that she got slapped but I couldn't help but giggle at the popcorn :p

You'd think the they'd remember or at least look back on her characters history!

Pats pillow? What do you mean?

When Steven took the pillow from under Pat's head, there was no pillow her head was flat on the bed. In the next episode there was a pillow under her head and Steven was holding another pillow. :p
