TBH, for me personally, I wont miss them. There's way too many at the moment. BGT, I'd do anything, X-Factor That grease one they had, and they all end up the same way... how many people actually have a career from this? I think the only person we still here of at the minute is Leona Lewis, Will Young had a career but not much anymore.

Leon won the x factor last time and there's been nothing since.

The article is talking about musical reality shows, not X Factor or any other show like that. A lot of the people who got voted off Maria and Joseph have got work in West End shows. A couple of people from Oliver have already landed roles in the West End.

Just because we don't see them doesn't mean they aren't sucessful.

As for Grease... well that was just ITV trying to copy the BBC again (unsucessfully).

I love musical reality shows :p Only ones I get into. Hope they don't axe them. Isn't Jesus Christ Superstar rumoured to be next?

I love them i think they are a great way of trying to promote musicals to younger people.

Yeah, I agree we went to see the sound of musical (trust it to be the first night Connie was off sick  ) but it was still good. Don't think we'd have gone otherwise if it hadn't been on TV. We're going to see Joseph as well.

I think they should have more of a break between shows. It feels like they finish one and go straight to another!
