Liz is full of the joys of spring and Harry is also in a good mood but he insists to Dan that he and Liz are just mates. Dan is sceptical, especially when he discovers that Liz is going round to the flat again later.

Over a game of darts in the Rovers, he 'lets slip' to Steve that Harry and Liz had dinner last night and are getting cosy in the flat. Outraged, Steve heads round to the flat to have it out with Liz - what will he find?

House problems are also dominating the Barlows' thoughts when the lounge ceiling springs a leak. Ken hastily calls a plumber but it looks as though it is going to be quite a big job and could be a while before they are able to use the bathroom. Blanche, however, is sceptical of Roger's abilities.

With his ex Clarissa starting to cause him more problems, Harry agrees.
