I have today ordered the Natalie Cassidy Fitness DVD to help me get some exercise done. I am wondering whether any of you have had experience with fitness DVDs and how you got on? Are there any other ones you would recommend for a total unfit beginner? I am not a gym person but will try the DVD.

I'm a big fan of Davina's dvds. I have all of them apart from the pregnancy one. I certainly build up a sweat with all the dvd's.

They are quite tough, aren't they? Davina herself said so in a TV interview a few months ago. Probably too advanced for a couch potato like myself, better start off a little easier, especially as I have a week back to consider.

I really want to go and buy one and I've heard good things about Natalie Casidy's and Janices of Corrination Street
But what stops me going to get one is actually taking it up to the till and paying for it. I get really paranoid and self conscience about stuff like that :/

Now I tell you what would be good if the dvd had a website like a streaming website so I could do them without buying them :p

I've got janices' as well, that's a good one too. Also when I went to the gym I asked my instructor what was a good dvd, she recommend bev. callard as she actually is an aerobics instructor (though this was a few years ago). I like her rapid results one as it's not to complicated

God! Its taken me ages to find this thread
Ok, So I need to loose some weight, I mean I havent put on loads put I have on my sides, I am gettin really big love handles, well sorta that and bit higher, its like the proportion from my waist to my bum just expands! Its mad and I just want to loose a little so Im back to how I was.
Any reccomendations for dvds that help work on that area?
