Trying to get my Mum & Dad to take us to Florida. They say it's too expensive though. :( Which I suppose it would be really, there'e them two, me my younger sister and younger brother. Plus the next time we go on holiday ill be 16 and so paying adult prices.

Abigail

Two weeks room only (4* hotel), flights, insurance and 14 day passes for all the disney parks came to just over £1000 for me. My neice got all that for £110 because she's three.

If you stay in a villa it will be much cheaper.

Abbie

Lol

Yeah I have seen Shamu, last time we went in 2006 we didnt go to sea world, so it was quite a few years ago the last time we went :D But we are gonna go this year
Im trying to look on the internet for other stuff we can do whilst we are there :hmm:

Abigail

Seaworld is expensive to get into. We got in free because my brother in law is in the army and service personell get in free to AnheuserBusch parks.

I have a video of the Shamu show that I'll post.

Abbie

Yeah but we tend to get the tickets that was sea world, Busch gardens and other parks on it, this year it will have the new water park :D

Abigail
17-07-2008, 14:06
We saw the water park from out hotel. We also saw fireworks from Seaworld every night from our room (and the jacuzzi :D).

Best time to go to Seaworld was in the evening. We went during the day and it was so hot that we left at 3pm. We went back another day saw the Shamu show and the firworks at night, the atmosphere was great. The sun was setting as we were watching the shamu show.

Abigail

I got a fan from the Chinese place. It was made in Taiwan  Though it was ironic.

We didn't go to any of the disney water parks, it rained every afternoon and they closed so there was no point in wasting a day. I wasn't too fussed about going there anyway.

I got all confused because the pilot said we were flying over Greenland and was about to reach Denmark. My geography isn't that good but I'm pretty sure Denmark is on the other side of the UK. Even on the map it said Denmark. Either someone at Thompson doesn't know how to read a map or they really do think Denmark is near Greenland.

(And I'm going to look like an idiot when someone says that Denmark IS near Greenland).

We went over New York as well, the pilot only told us he'd flown low so we could see it after we'd passed over

Greenland (Kalaallisut: Kalaallit Nunaat, meaning "Land of the Greenlanders"; Danish: Grønland) is a self-governing Danish province located between the Arctic and Atlantic Oceans, east of the Canadian Arctic Archipelago. Though physiographically and ethnically an Arctic island nation associated with the continent of North America, politically and historically Greenland is associated with Europe, specifically Iceland, Norway, and Denmark. In 1978, Denmark granted home rule to Greenland, making it an equal member of the Rigsfællesskab. Greenland is, by area, the world's largest island which is not a continent in its own right.[3]
