Hi!

As an avid checker of this site i thought i'd introduce myself.

I'd hate to calculate how many hours i spend watching television, as i'm a fan of so many shows. Off the top of my head, my TV list includes Corrie, Eastenders, Hollyoaks, Neighbours (now that Channel 5 do an omnibus at the weekend!), Home and Away, CSI, CSI: New York, Ugly Betty, Mad Men, Dexter, Grey's Anatomy, Smallville, Brothers and Sisters, and Desperate Housewives.

Of the soaps, Home and Away is the one i look forward to watching the most. As much as i'm a Jack/Martha fan, i'm starting to lose interest in their on-off dramas. Absolutely HATE sam though, THE most annoying soap character at the mo as far as i'm concerned. Also really good to see H&A tackle the issue of HIV. Given how many young people watch soaps, soaps are the perfect opportunity to raise awareness of important issues and think H&A doing a brilliant job with Cassie's storyline.

Here's to a great 2008 soap-wise and i look forward to discussing all things soap with everyone!

Ah, you're probably gonna stop talking to me now...i can't stand House anymore. Watched it from the start, and just started watching the third series which started here in the UK last week, but while i loved the first series, i got really bored throughout the entire second one! Haven't given up on it though, holding on to some hope that the third series might be better?? :hmm:

And just to add to my ever-growing list of shows, absolutely loving Gossip Girl!

Season four started on Five a few weeks ago on Thursdays. Season two is being repeated on Five US on Monday's and Thursday's (same episode twice a week).

I think Season one was the best. Vogler and Tritter spoiled two and three with their vendettas against House.

I'm still out on Season four at the moment. I'm not sure how its going to work without Cameron, Chase and Foreman as the team. House seems to be a lot happier without them now though. I don't like House happy.
