Built in mic werid noise?

I dont actually know how to word it so dont know if it will make sense, but I have been recording stuff on audactiy and the built in sound recorder, but I keep getting loud noise in the background, dont know how to desrcibe the sound. ive looked at the settings and stuff but thats ony volume
does anyone know what this could be (i know ive not given much detail lol)

No, its not lol, as there is no noise when im not recording, it just seems to be when i record
