i hust read the spoilers, of which i have posted under the LOST IS BACK... thread, for episode 4 of season 4, and in it it states that the chances of claire suriviving the island are slim as kate ends up caring for baby aaron after she makes it back home safely, however, she brings the little boy up as her own!
