"New" Hardware Problem

Whenever I put in my pen drive or MP3 Player, it always comes up as "found new hardware". I've used them countless times, have installed them. And unless I click next on the found new hardware thing they don't work!

It's really annoying. And it always says that Microsoft strongly reccommends I don't use the installation thingy. But I have to, as I need to use them both.

Anyone have any ideas why it does this? And how I can rectify the problem?

Thats very odd, mine does come up found new hardware all the time, but still workds :hmm:

The installation I get prompted for is just a Microsoft installation thing. If you get me.... I'll do a screen print if not..

Yeah I know what you mean thats what mind did the first time, now when I use i it still comes up found new hardware or whatever it says but I dont need to install again as it still works
