Airs on Thursday, February 21 2008 at 17:30 GMT on Five

Toadie holds it together and manages to make it through his first few hours in court. Miranda's filled with guilt following her harshly-worded Victim Impact Statement, and apologises to Susan for her recent behaviour.

But there's a shock in store when Susan's fatigue symptoms return, prompting the prosecution to call Karl to the stand. If they can establish that Susan knowingly got behind the wheel while fatigued, the defence case is doomed. Karl is forced to admit the damaging truth -Susan drove the car knowing she was in no condition to do so.

Ringo admits he stole the cartoon from Pepper's folder, but insists he isn't responsible for plastering it all over the school. But Pepper's had enough of Ringo's fibs and refuses to believe him, prompting Ringo into action.

Bridget starts to remembering the accident
Airs on Friday, February 22 2008 at 17:30 GMT on Five

While giving evidence, Karl is forced to admit Susan had prior knowledge of her dizzy spells and she should have foreseen that she may have been a danger behind the wheel. Later, Miranda and Steve accuse Susan of trying to keep the information hidden to protect herself, and Susan feels their anger towards her is justified

Bridget gets her memory of the accident back and clearly recalls running onto the street, giving Susan no opportunity to avoid hitting her. She tells Riley and encourages him to write the story of her new found memory in his coverage for the local paper. When Bridget tells her parents what she's remembered, Miranda especially is concerned her hard line reaction may have irreversibly damaged her friendship with Susan.

Bridget's recollection gives Toadie new hope for Susan's trial.

Karl begins to suspect that Susan's symptoms are the signs of something more serious than menopause. He calls a friend for a second opinion and while not certain what Susan faces, he insists Susan goes to the hospital for tests immediately. Susan must endure a wait to discover what those tests reveal.

Ringo finds he has a pretty young admirer who won't take no for an answer. Tom is a reporter in his early 20's who will do anything he has to do to get the story.
