Carmella's baby is at risk
Airs on Monday, February 11 2008 at 17:30 GMT on Five

Marco steps up when Carmella is rushed to hospital and his presence destabilises Ollie. Confronted by feelings of jealousy and annoyed that Marco is moving in on his territory, Oliver attacks Marco about his motives but unwittingly insults Carmella at the same time.

City lawyer, Christine proves an intimidating force for Rosie, challenging Rosie's idealistic belief that she can have a successful legal career and a family. Toadie's also confronted by Christine's detached approach to Susan's legal case as he struggles to keep his emotions and ego in check. Unsettled by Christine's cut and dried attitude to the law, moral Susan remains plagued by guilt over the hit and run and continues to hope in vain for reconciliation with Miranda.

Proud Bridget fears humiliation and refuses to go to school until she meets Josh, a paraplegic who challenges her prejudice and self-perception. Josh helps lift Bridget's confidence and self-esteem, encouraging her to tackle the world head on.

Valda's business worries are compounded by Lou's financial outlays and internet problems. Seeking reassurance, Valda's fears are waylaid by smooth talking business shark Jude Troy but only for the moment.

Josh helps Bridget out

Following Ollie's outburst Carmella angrily sends Ollie out, disgusted that he seems to want to control who she sees. Oliver feels terrible at his insensitive words and Rebecca advises him to think carefully about where his heart truly lies in relation to Carmella. When Carmella summons Oliver to the hospital she wants to know once and for all where she stands with him. She tells Oliver she loves him -can he give her the same absolute?

Miffed by Toadie and Rosie's preoccupation with family, Christine continues to challenge Rosie's choice -career or a life in the suburbs. When Rosie stands up for herself, Toadie fears they may lose top gun Christine for Susan's committal hearing and advises Rosie to do some serious back peddling.

Bridget's delighted to see Josh at the pool again. He quickly throws a challenge her way, which she meets. But then he sets an ultimate challenge, asking her to go out in public with her crutches. Bridget's fearful but Josh reminds her that he has been through what Bridget's experiencing, advising her to feel the fear but do it anyway. With Josh's support the two go to the general store for coffee and Bridget, though conscious of the stares of some kids, faces her greatest fear. But can she return to school?

Valda's doubts about her business dealings intensify when Lou's web-site fails to launch. When she endeavours to track down Jude Troy her worry escalates when she discovers a vacant office instead of where his business premises are supposed to be.

Susan is left high and dry

Oliver can't tell Carmella he loves her and she's devastated, but Oliver reminds her they will always be in each other's lives because of their child. Rosie brokers a discussion about parental arrangements in light of their new relationship, but Carmella just wants to focus on herself, her baby and her business.

Bridget's worried how she'll be received on her first day but after an initial hurdle, she overcomes her fear, fronts up to the class and has a breakthrough with Declan.

When Christine pushes Rosie's buttons one time too many, Rosie snaps. She tells Christine exactly what she thinks of her and Christine abandons the defence case. This leaves Susan in a precarious position -with time running out, they've lost the services of a capable lawyer.

As the evidence mounts that Jude Troy's website service is a seam, Valda's on the verge of crumbling under the pressure. Knowing that she'll never retrieve anyone's money, Valda empties her own bank account and starts to payoff everyone she's involved in the scheme. Proud Valda's not about to admit the seam was dodgy or that she's soon to be stony broke. But how long can she maintain the facade?

Mickey finds himself trapped

Pepper's surprised when Ringo decides to tryout for the swim team, and her concerns are proven correct when fatigued Ringo almost drowns. Humiliated, Ringo orders Pepper to butt out of his life -their deal is over, and Pepper's left feeling out of her depth...

Via Tim Collins, Sebastian Barnes orders Elle to hike rental prices and cut management staff at Lassiter's. Elle's faced with a 24-hour deadline to sack either Paul or Oliver *who will she choose?
Karl enlists Frazer to take him to the radio station, where Karl intends to drop off his new demo CD.

But Frazer's far from impressed when the CD becomes firmly lodged in his CD deck, causing him aural torture. Things get worse when Marcia Hines jumps in the cab and Karl uses the opportunity to advance his music career -but Marcia makes her feelings on Karl's music crystal clear: he ain't getting no touchdown!

Janae introduces Ned to the wonders of hard rubbish and Mickey uses an abandoned fridge to hide from his friend Tyler. But his practical joke turns nasty when the fridge door locks and panicked Mickey's left trapped inside.

Ringo's eating disorder worsens
Airs on Friday, February 15 2008 at 17:30 GMT on Five

Mickey finds himself trapped inside a fridge left out on the nature strip for hard waste collection. With Lou's help, Ned and Janae realise what's happened to Mickey but by the time they return to the street, the fridge has been loaded onto the waste removal truck and taken away. The young parents begin a frantic search, with Riley, Steve, Lou and Steph lending a hand, desperate to find Mickey before it is too late...

Troubled Ringo continues to deny Pepper's offers for help and despite his assurances that he's working through his problems, Pepper can see through Ringo's lies. Ringo is spiralling out of control and making it very hard for Pepper to keep knowledge of his issues a secret. When Pepper discovers that Ringo is now taking appetite suppressants, she finds herself with no choice but to tell Frazer everything.

Elle struggles to choose which Lassiter's manager to fire, Paul or Oliver. She throws herself into her work hoping that if she can achieve enough cost-cutting she'll be able to save the jobs of those close to her. But Tim Collins sets Elle's idealistic hopes straight -Will/Sebastian Barnes isn't just interested in money, his grudge is personal and he wants to see heads roll. Elle considers Paul and Ollie's suggestions for the future of Lassiter's and thanks to some heartfelt advice from Rebecca, Elle discovers the best possible solution for everyone. She announces her resignation at the Lassiter's board meeting, stunning all.
