I have just been watching The Bill on UK Gold. It was back to the days of Don Beech, Claire Stanton and John Bolton. This was the real golden age of The Bill. It has never been as good since.

Does anyone agree?

I agree about it being really good back then i watched the epiosde this morning with Don Beech killing John I remember it the first time round but I hate to be pivky did UK Gold cut some of his death because I thought Don hit John's head repeatedly on the ground but they only showed him hitting it against the gorund once.

I do enjoy watching the Bill at the mo but I find it difficult if you miss one episode you miss loads it's really annoying

i do like the bill now but the old episodes you are talking about were just brilliant. loved john boulton storyline.

well i am to young to remeber the first ones but i have watched some on uk gold and i like them but i prefer the episodes now but it could be if i prefer the people

i saw a clip of bill murray on eastenders today and said to my husband, he'll always be don beech to me!
