Chef Raymond Blanc is returning to BBC two with a second series of The Restaurant, but with some changes to the format.
Viewers will see more of star chef Blanc at work in the kitchen or demonstrating his food skills in the second series.
As in the first series, the show will whittle down applicants to find a couple or individual worthy of running a new restaurant.
Fifteen hour-long episodes have been ordered by BBC two controller Roly Keating and production begins next week. It is thought the new series will be broadcast in the autumn.
"I am very excited to have the chance to help another couple's dream come true. This time I'm going to looking for even more determination, strength and heart," Blanc said.
"The business side will be as important as ever but I want to see even more passion in the kitchen and desire to give that excellent service. I'm looking forward to setting some tough culinary challenges so I can see what they are made of."
