mobile phone buster

Hey gang,, I know there are alot of technology geeks out there:lol:
So has any one ever heard of a MOBILE PHONE BUSTER..its supposed to be the size of a mobile phone .. not sure exactly what it does,, but has anyone heard of this,, or have they got one ?? :searchme:

All I can think of that it is a guide to help explain terminology and jargon, I need one of them, just don't understand what the user guide to my phone is on about half the time. :o
