it is a mad mad show i must say!

i really like the madonna, she looks and sounds great. and the white Lionel Ritche, he looks comedy but is so good! the kylie is awful.

and the Robbie won't ever win, coz the prize is performing in Las Vegas, and no one in America knows who Robbie Williams is!

I watched one of the audtion/selection shows. Its a bit wierd, not really keen on it.

Love Graham Norton though so I might just tune it to see him

I watched about 10 minutes of it then switched over..it's a bit like the BBC have hit gold with Maria & Joseph and they've gone on overkill mode to fill the gaps on a Saturday night :p

IMO Frank Sinatra was the best soundalike. Kylie sounded nothing like her, and Elton John was bad too :(

i think frank sinatra was the best....i don't think many of them are really outstanding....perhaps they will be better in a few weeks with some voice coaching!!

robbie williams is a good lookalike though!

Yah!!! My mum was saying how he tried to make in the US but no one really liked him that much. So what he's (the imersonator :p) doing in the competition is beyond me :p.

Have to say....I live in Blackpool, home of the pub and club entertainers. I've seen far better tribute acts than ANY of the ones featured on the show :cool:

Madonna is gone........... I really did not like the Dinah Ross,, she was not that good...I really love the Frank Sinatra ( partner said he has a good voice .. may not look like him but he sounds good he said ) Robbie Williams ACK!!!!:eek: He flopped int the USA cos no one ever heard of him..partner said since when did Robbie Williams go prancing around like GENE SIMMONS KISS ..

Megan,, Frank never had stupid dancers prancing around him in the 40's or 50's or till he was unable to sing again,,except in the movies,, but when he performed,, he performed alone.. his voice was enough :-D I am glad the guy who is trying to be Frank is keeping to his character and persona..Granted Frank was about 50 lbs lighter than the guy trying to sing like him LOL

So this week its between Britney and Kylie with Britney being sent home. Both were awful.

I think Britney deserved to go. She was absolute rubbish on Saturday I think.

Kylie was okay on Saturday, but I haven't seen all of the rest of the shows so haen't really seen her.

I thought Frank Sinatra, Cher and Dusty Springfield were the best this week.

So, Kylie and Elton John left yesterday. IMO they deserved to go, but did do their best personal performances. I was shocked Cher was in the bottom 3.:eek:
I missed the first half of the results show - how did they knock out Kylie? was she just the person with the lowest votes? No voting by the other contestants?

Kyle had the LEAST AMOUNT OF votes.. I was glad to see her go really...My partner was like why is elton going,, he thought he was pretty good,, oh well.Elton was voted off by the other performers ..the following weeks are gonna get tougher !!!!!!!

the group songs were really entertaining, the women were brilliant and the men were hilarious!

Dinah went out......she only got one vote from the group...and the rest were with Cher..
my partner said that this gal's voice did not hit all the high notes as the real Dinah did,, so he said she should go...and she did :p

The only thing I can say is that definitely the best 3 were in the final. But, I heard that "Dusty" had already been touring the world performing, so if thats the case, isn't it unfair that parcel delivery man Frank and supermarket worker Lionel lost out?

In my opinion though, any one of those three deserved to win as they were all excellent.
