Did anyone see this last night with Michelle Heaton?

I thought it was really good, a real eye opener to youngsters (like myself) that drink more than they should - and the negative effects it can have on you, in such a short space of time!

I learnt my lesson a few years ago about binge drinking. Seems good at the time but its not funny when you keep ending up in hospital from drinking way too much.

I didn't watch it, I might see if it is repeated sometime on ITV2.
