Has anybody been watching this on BBC1 this week?

I think it's been really good! It's been so long since I watched the musical version that I had actually forgotten a lot of the story (like Nancy dying), so I think that helped in enjoying it more.

I think the acting been really good too. At first I didn't like the Fagin, but he's grown on me.

I'm looking forward to the final part tonight .

P.s.. I love you (haha joke) ermmm yeah, I looked for a thread on this, couldn't see one, hope there isn't another one :D.

I just watched this because there was nothing else on but I actually quite like this! I don't really like this sort of 'old' genre but it's really well done, and I havn't really sat through the whole of the Oliver Twist film before, so Nancy dying was a shock! I was getting to like her!

Who's Fagin again? :p

I really enjoyed it, i have neer read the book so i bnever actually knew the whole story so nancy and Bill at the end was a real shock, although i think he got what he deserved. It was acted really well especially Sykes and Sarah Lancashire and Timothy Spall as Fagan. It was a really good series in the time it had ti show it i think they covered everything, even if it were a bit gruesome for the time of night it weas shown.
