holby.tv can announce that actor Tony Marshall will be joining the cast of CASUALTY in the New Year.

Following the departure of Peter England's character TC, Tony will play new receptionist Noel Garcia.

Noel is described as a real Del Boy, and very charismatic. We all like him, and want him to do well. His ambition in life is to be rich, and he's always got some kind of scheme on the go. He's got a dream, and is convinced he'll make it - all he needs is that one big deal. Noel has fingers in every pie, and has an answer to everything, and working on the A&E reception is a great way for him to meet people.

Tony has made two previous guest appearances in CASUALTY aswell as guest stint in sister show HOLBY CITY last year. His other TV credits include Life on Mars, Only Fools and Horses, Doctors and Judge John Deed. His film roles include Wishbaby, Getting Off, Kiss Kiss Bang and Little Clumps Of Hair.

I don't know. This new guy looks good, he can't be as annoying as TC.

im getting really confussed all the recent comings and goings lately. i think the guest appearences in one episode seem to stay longer then other cast member.
