Not ashamed to admit its my best xmas film haha but which is best? im gonna have to think bout this one! both are as good as each other imo, its tough !

I agree with you, like most times, the sequels are rarely as good as the first ones. In my opinion this applies to Shrek 3 too, I was so looking forward to that film but was quite disappointed. :(

Hey what about 3 and 4? This a toss up between 3 and 4 as to which is better. As they don't star Macaulay Culkin!!!

OMG I love Home Alone 2, it's my favourite christmas movie! I watched it the other day and forgot how much I loved it! And at the end with the turtle doves,awww!

Plus I love Darlene Love's "Alone At Christmas" song from it, sooo catchy :D

I think 2 is my favourite.
I've not seen 3, 4 and 5, mainly because they don't have Mcauly Culkin in them. Not that I fancy him, I just hate it when actors change but the character stays the same.

Number 1 for me, i love Home ALone, christmas isnt the same without it.

And the characters didn't stay the same in 3 and 4, only the name of the film stayed then same.

I love both of them but it has to be the second home, love it when they are in New York and the really really big christmas tree

Number 2 by far for me. I love Home Alone. My aunt leant my the videos of 1 & 2 and I still haven't given them back yet. I think the tricks he uses in the second one are so much better than those in the first. I think I'll go and watch it later :)

The ending of the second one is really good too, where the massive bill turns up. "KEVIN! You spent $..... on room service!!"
