For me its gotta be the original but i do like both.

The original is by far the best. The 2004 one is a mess when I look at it now.

What about the 1994 one? I like that one. The bit at the end where Micheal Burke (I think its him anyway), speaks over the singing, gets me everytime lol!

Yeah it's got Kylie, Jason, Sonia, Cliff and many others which I can't remember right now! I can't find it on YouTube though :S. I'm looking for it still though.

I like the original out of them but i dont think the Kylie and Jason one gets enough credit, they all look like they had so much more fun doing it than the other versions. And the dude from bros is super sexy :wub:

I do love the original though - mainly the video, love how the dude from status quo (i think) and some other dude randomly talk then they have to start singing again and when the dudes dance with their guitars and when they get counted in (you dont hear it just watch the video closely)

I think the first two versions seemed to deliver the message more. My impression of the 2004 one is that all they wanted was the extra coverage. The other ones looked like they were there for the real reason.

Yeah I like that bit too actually. Show's what it's all about, and how a donating can make a difference.

Although, now I may be going slightly off topic lol, but Bob Geldof and all these other celebs into this Band Aid thing.. they're worth thousands/millions.
If each of them gave 5000 pounds, even 1000 whatever, instead of preaching to us not so rich culture, then would there be as much famine as there is? It actually really annoys me. All they do is put on a bit of a concert, release a single, whatever else they do, expect us to buy into all of it and they probs don't give as much as they could!

I have both as I got the Single of the 2004 which has the 1984 one on there after it, but I prefer the 2004 one. I do listen to both though and I like both.

the original one was by the far the best, then the 1989 version. the 2004 one is awful, we were only saying we have hardly seen it played on any of the music channels, its just mostly the 1984 and 1989 versions they show.
