Gray's (Christopher Villiers) PI comes up trumps informing him that Rosemary is in Miami and is masterminding her revenge on Matthew (Matt Healy). Gray decides to tell Matthew his mother is trying to frame him but on arrival he overhears Matthew and Perdy (Georgia Slowe) making plans for their future. Enraged he returns home and waits for Perdy. How will Gray exact his revenge?

Meanwhile, Gabby (Annelise Manojlovic) is jealous when Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper) is chosen to play Mary in the nativity and takes Daniel's (Rachel Moonie) pram away from the crowd. Laurel (Charlotte Bellamy) and Ashley (John Middleton) are panicked to discover both their children are gone and rush home. Entering the house, they are relieved to find Gabby and Daniel performing their own nativity play with the former taking centre stage.

Elsewhere, Paul (Mathew Bose) confides in Nicola (Nicola Wheeler) about his plans to leave the village with Jonny (Richard Grieve) but she wastes no time in telling Rodney (Patrick Mower). Hurt to have been kept in the dark, Rodney tells Paul he's made the wrong choice. However, Paul is determined to leave and leaves his destiny in Jonny's hands. Will he live to regret his decision?

Monday 10 December

Gray (Christopher Villiers) spots Matthew's (Matt Healy) car at the garage and sneakily plants some false evidence inside. The police carry out a search and inform Gray that they have found one of Rosemary's cardigan buttons in the vehicle. Perdy (Georgia Slowe) comes home to find Gray in tears and he blurts out that Matthew has killed his mother. Perdy desperately tries to warn her lover, but Matthew is arrested on suspicion of murder. Has Gray finally nailed his nemesis?

Also, Jack (Clive Hornby) forces himself to tell Diane (Elizabeth Estensen) that things will be ok between them but after some soul searching he later backtracks and reveals that he wasn't being honest with her. Diane is heartbroken and rushes out, leaving Jack regretful that he can't forgive and forget. Diane confides in Val (Charlie Hardwick) that her marriage is over, but is it?

Meanwhile, Paul (Mathew Bose) is distraught when he has to tell Val he's moving away, but she fully supports his decision. She tells Paul and Jonny (Richard Grieve) that she will be happy wherever they choose to be, as long as they keep a spare room available for her.

Tuesday 11 December

Matthew (Matt Healy) sacks his solicitor, handing Gray (Christopher Villiers) the perfect opprtunity to cause more trouble. Posing as Matthew's new brief, Gray enters and intentionally winds Matthew up. Unable to control himself, Matthew lunges at Gray, forcing the police to intervene. When Gray signals his intention to press assault charges, is this curtains for Matthew?

Elsewhere, Carrie (Linda Lusardi) tells Scarlett (Kelsey-Beth Crossley) they will celebrate her 16th birthday with a meal out, despite Scarlett's protests that she wants a party. Carrie states in no uncertain terms that a party is out of the question. But does loose cannon Lexi (Sally Oliver) have other ideas?

At the café, auditions for Belle's (Eden Taylor-Draper) Christmas play are in full swing. When the thespian dust has settled, the villagers are delighted when Paddy (Dominic Brunt) and Rodney (Patrick Mower) are selected as the ugly sisters, Donna (Verity Rushworth) as buttons), Jamie (Alex Carter) as Prince Charming and Scarlett plays the footman. Belle assigns herself the lead as Cinderbella and, desperate to join the fun, Val (Charlie Hardwick) agrees to provide costumes for the performance if she can don her best black gown as the wicked stepmother. With the cast desperate to give a rousing performance, will it be a case of encore or boo hiss?

Wednesday 12 December

Scarlett's (Kelsey-Beth Crossley) 16th birthday arrives and Jimmy (Nick Miles) convinces Carrie (Linda Lusardi) to allow her a few friends over at Home Farm. Victoria (Isabel Hodgins) finds out and sneakily posts an open invitation online. That night, Scarlett is horrified when her party is gatecrashed by rowdy teenagers and as chaos ensues, Daz (Luke Tittensor) intervenes and together with Eli (Joseph Gilgun) they clear the rabble. Helping a drunken Scarlett tidy up, Daz shares a passionate kiss with her only to be broken up by Carrie and Jimmy coming home. Have the two young friends found love?

In the police station, Matthew (Matt Healy) is stunned when the police charge him with Rosemary's murder. Gray (Christopher Villiers) enjoys telling Perdy (Georgia Slowe) the news and watches for a hint of her feelings for Matthew. Perdy remains fixed in her expression and Gray is forced to leave the room. Left alone, Perdy breaks down into floods of tears. Have her dreams of a better future been torn apart by Gray and her wicked mother-in-law?

Thursday 13 December

Jo (Roxanne Pallett) arrives late for a business meeting and tells the manager of the premises that she will pay them to look after Sarah (Sophia-Amber Moore). The meeting runs smoothly until Sarah goes missing. Jo is distraught before Andy (Kelvin Fletcher) calls to inform her that Sarah has been taken to a police station. In spite of her excuses, Andy rails at Jo for her stupidity and worries that he has nobody to look after Sarah if he's sent to prison. Infuriated, Andy slams Jo against a door and punches the wood inches from her face.

Meanwhile, Jimmy (Nick Miles) threatens Daz (Luke Tittensor) to stay away from Scarlett (Kelsey-Beth Crossley) and the youngster heeds the warning. However, Scarlett catches up with Daz and as he apologises for rushing off, there is a definite spark between them. In spite of their attraction, they agree that due to Jimmy's watchful eye, staying friends is the best way forward.

Also, Sam (James Hooton) is stuck when Debbie (Charley Webb) is unable to offer him work. As his financial situation deteriorates he is left with no option but to take Daz's money when he offers to move back into his old room. Is this enough to ease the burden of budgetary constraints?

Friday 14 December

Andy (Kelvin Fletcher) is still angry with Jo (Roxanne Pallett) as he arrives back from court, feeling worse as he's been ordered to undergo a psychiatric report. Jo demands that he keep his head up and, when she leaves, Jack (Clive Hornby) rams the point home to Andy that he needs her. Taking Jack's words on board Andy later tells a delighted Jo he wants to set a date for the wedding. However, her excitement is tempered when Andy also sets a proviso that she should adopt Sarah (Sophia-Amber Moore). How will Jo respond?

Meanwhile, Lisa (Jane Cox) discovers that Sam (James Hooton) has been unable to pay Samson's (Ben Shooter) nursery fees and offers to buy him some food. He refuses so Lisa confides in Zak (Steve Halliwell) and they agree to watch over Sam. Unbeknown to them, Sam borrows money from Eli (Joseph Gilgun) on the condition that he doesn't tell the other Dingles. Will Sam regret an alliance with Eli?
