The Girls are to star in a new television series on ITV2 called Passions to be broadcast in early 2008, coinciding with the third single release from their fifth album Tangled Up. The premise of the show will be the girls achieving something that they have always wanted to do:

Cheryl will try street dancing in Los Angeles
Kimberley will try musicals in the West End
Nicola will be creating her own make-up range
Sarah will be learning polo in Argentina
Nadine will learn to conduct a classical orchestra

Nadine Coyle has pulled out of an ITV2 reality TV show which was set to follow all five members of Girls Aloud as they each set out to fulfill a lifelong dream. Nadine was lined up to train as a classical conductor but she wanted to do something with street kids in Bolivia. A compromise couldn't be made, so Nads has quit the programme.

This recent move has done nothing to quash the rumours that Nadine is looking to leave the band and go it alone. She's already signed up with an American agent and talks are apparently underway with record and movie producers Stateside.

Well, it was always on the cards when she got back together with Jesse Metcalfe wasn't it? A life in the LA sunshine with one of the hottest men on the planet AND a successful solo career to boot? Good luck to her!

i must say the whole idea of her wanting to conduct a classical orchestra seemed a bit random!

Nadine in movies in the USA, they won't have a hope in hell of understanding her LA/Northern Ireland Drawl, it is ridiculous the accent she speaks with. Can she not be proud of where she comes from without wanting to sound like an american (nothing wrong with americans) but she sounds plain daft.
