Okay so Ive been watching Home and away for a while now and really like the only thing I get confused about are the families and relations are stuff. Anyone want to help me so I know who is related to who and how, it would be good if you can use pics so I can put a name to face

It was really quite random. It must have been last month or the month before. She was coming home from a longish visit over to see Tash and Robbie. And then she had a car crash. We never actually saw her crash, but we saw the aftermath of it. Was quite sad. I liked Beth.
Thank you so much, I wasnt sure if like Sally was related to Alf, but that has cleared everything up now
I'll give you a run down of the houses, people seem to live all over and move about quite frequently.
Sally, Brad, Ric, Cassie, Pippa and Alf live at the caravan park.
Martha and Matilda live in the flat above the diner.
Leah, Dan, VJ and Drew live at the Baker's. Jazz also stayed with them for a few weeks.
Irene and Belle live together. Irene also takes in all the waifs and strays that come along. I think she has an expandable house.
Tony, Jack, Lucas, Sam and Rory now live together at Tony's place, which was Beth's.
Jazz is staying at Amanda's (Belle's mum) mansion.
Geoff, Annie and Pop live on a farm.
Rachel has her own place that she used to share with Kim and Hugh.
Don't know where Don is staying, I think it could be at the caravan park.
There's also Colleen who has a van at the park.

Okay I was wathing some episode clips on youtube and well I never knew that Macca was Marthas brother, I got very on confused, but then found out that he is her adoptive brother. Also that Ric is her cousin, can someine explain for me

Alf's daughter Roo, gave up her baby for adoption (Martha). The family who adopted Martha also had a son (Macca). So Martha and Macca are not blood relations. Therefore Alf is not Macca's grandfather.
Ric is Alf's grandson. Ric's mother was the late Maggie Dalby, married to the late Owen Dalby. Ric's grandmother is the late Viv Standish, whom Alf had a relationship with.
Ric and Martha both have different grandmothers. I'm not sure who Martha's grandmother is.
We never saw Maggie and Owen on screen and we only saw a few scenes of Viv when Ric first came to the bay.
Thanks, that cleared that up and made sense of things. I managed to watch some older clips like the 4000th episode

Updated house list
Sally, Miles, Ric, Cassie, Pippa and Alf live at the caravan park (Matilda is to move in soon).
Leah, VJ and Drew live at the Baker's.
Irene Geoff, Annie and Belle live together. Irene also takes in all the waifs and strays that come along. I think she has an expandable house.
Tony and Matilda live at Tony's place. Jazz comes and goes as she pleases but stays at Tony's.
Jack, Sam and Rory live at Rachel's house with Rachel.
Morag and Martha live in the flat above the diner.
Aden lives with his dad. We don't see his dad or the house very much.
Roman lives in the house that Brad rented before he left (only just seen it in Aus episodes).
There's also Colleen who has a van at the park.
I forgot to add Bartlett to the cast list. I can't find a picture at the moment but he's the nasty new headteacher. Always wears a suit and is a bit tubby.

Agree totally about Aden and Roman. I'm not sure he should be with Leah though. I like him with Martha at the moment but I have a sneaky suspicion that Martha will have a fling with Jack.
Todd Lasance who plays Aden is an excellent actor, he's so believe, especially in his current storyline.

Australian TV is so much stricter than here in the UK. When Dani was raped several years ago they couldn't say "rape" they had to say "attack." Here in the UK they would have said rape and a whole lot more besides.
There was a lot of complaints when Martha was dancing semi naked at the strip joint. I guess if they made her into a tart then lots of people would turn off or it would be heavily edited.
Have to agree again about Aden. Such a shame Todd has a girlfriend :crying:

Roman was in that other Hospital Ozzie Soap, that I think is on BBC, he has Po Face who was in PCBH too, it like Shortland Street but not, is it called all blue one or all bar one, something like that anyway.
He is a bit wooden but he is easy on the eye and he means will, he is helping aden alot. A tenner says he will marry Leah before the Year is up !

Do you mean All Saints? The guy who plays Miles was in that too.
I like the relationship Roman has with Aden. I think that Roman understands a lot more about Aden than what we've seen already.

The bit that I posted as a spoiler I have now since gone back and put in the spoiler tag like you said about.
The bits about the actors themselves I don't think they need to go in tags as it's about them and not the people in the soap. Hope that is ok ? :(

Thats fine now :) You don't need to use spoiler tags in the spoiler forums. You should use them in the general if you're taking about Aus pace.

Lol, don't get upset, we all got things wrong when we started posting. There are the rules somewhere.
Basically, in any general section put things in spoilers if they have yet to happen in either country :)
