I am trying to remember a film in which a girl owns a restaurant and she pours emotion into food.:searchme:
A certain part I remember is when she makes something romantic when she is with some she loves and they float to the ceiling and near the end she makes desserts and when the restauranteurs eat it, they all get up and start dancing.
It's not water into chocolate but it is similar.
