Okay so I saw this on the msn homepage and had to read it:

A day in the life of the average Brit

New figures have revealed what the average British person does during the day, and the time at which they do it. So if you wake at 7am, experience the post lunch slump at 2.16pm and have sex at 22.34pm, then you are officially an average Joe.

The figures also show how, due to modern life, our habits are changing.

The average Briton wakes up at 7am and gets just over seven hours of sleep
The average Brit goes to the toilet six times a day, and the first flush takes place at 7.25am.
You wouldn't be the average Brit if you didn't enjoy a good cuppa - and the first one is poured at 7.30am. Ahhh!
At 8.30am it’s back to the loo for a bowel movement. Nice. Just don't forget to wash your hands.
9am - heart attacks: No obviously this doesn't happen every day, thank the Lord, but if a heart attack does strike, then it is most likely to do so at 9am.
Take care if you're a pensioner, especially when the clock strikes 10. This is the time you are most likely to have a fall.
2.16pm - post-lunch :The time just after we've eaten lunch is when we're likely to feel uninspired and tempted to reach for the chocolate. Don't touch it!
Whoops! The time between 3pm and 6pm when you are most likely to forget where you left your mobile. Unless you're from East Anglia, in which case you're misplacing yours around 1pm. Don't ask us why.
Those of you out there with a thieving streak are most likely to rob a bank at 3pm, especially on a Friday when the vaults are stuffed with cash. At this point we'd like to point out that we in no way endorse this sort of behaviour!
If you are unlucky enough to be burgled, chances are it will happen at 4pm, when the robber knows you are at work or picking up the kids from school. Time to get an alarm?
The average Briton sits down for supper just before 8pm, two hours later than they would have done just 10 years ago. These figures show how longer working hours and extra pressures are causing significant changes to the way we lead our lives.
8pm - get a backache :Gravity gets the better of many of us at the end of the day, and the majority of Brits will experience back pain at some point in their life
9.38pm - relax :Finally, after making dinner and cleaning up, you manage to grab some time to sit back and relax.
10.34pm - sleep with someone
Look out - 11pm is the hour when arsonists are most likely to strike
Three minutes to midnight and your going to sleep…
…unless it's the weekend of course, in which case many people are just arriving at a club.
12.30pm - get attacked: If you are under 16 and are out and about on a Friday or Saturday night, this is the time when you are most likely to be attacked.
It's a depressing one this, I'm afraid - around 5am is the time when a person is most likely to commit suicide.
The figures say that six in the morning is the time when you are most likely to be awoken by a painful headache. But just be thankful you've woken up at all - this is also the time when you are most likely to die of any cause.

I know some of these are very very strange

I'm far from the average Joe. None of those are true for me.
