Billie piper is going to be returning for the show for 3 episodes and i cant wait for them as i think she is a great actress. From todays paper

Yay, Im so exited, I agree I think she is a great actress and I loved her in doctor who, so im guessing she will be rose again obviously, oooooooooo I sooooo cant wait :D

I may eat my words, but i very much doubt it. Rose, Martha and Donna all in one episode? Thats a bit much..

But wouldnt it be werid, if she was in it and she wasnt rose, since it wasnt that long ago she was rose

I dont think she'll be in it at all. I think the News of the Round have just read what she said in the paper about "not being able to do Rose anymore", because of not playing her for so long, and have just taken it that she has been practising. And so must be getting ready to go back into it. She might be in one of the Specials in 2009, but i doubt she'll go back into Series 4. Why would she? Shes doing brilliantly outside of Doctor Who.

As i said, i might be wrong. But i doubt it ;)

I remember in the "classic" series, when the Doctor regenerated his former companions sometimes appeared. I remember it happening when Tom Baker became Peter Davison and when Peter Davison's doctor regenerated. Maybe thats how they're bringing her back? I hope not though because that means David Tennant is going and I think he's the best Doctor yet.

I had high hopes of seeing her in the preview thing at the end of Voyage of the Damned tonight :( I hope she does come back for a bit, but that she gets some time alone with the doctor.

Billie Piper has expressed fears about reprising her role as companion Rose Tyler in the upcoming season of Doctor Who.

"I am a bit worried about getting back into the groove," the newly-wed actress told The Sunday Mirror Magazine. "I was shocked and saddened the other day when I tried playing Rose Tyler, to myself, in my bathroom - and I couldn't do it. I tried and tried and it had gone - hopefully not for good."

In November, the BBC officially announced Piper's return to the series. It is believed she will feature in three episodes, one of which will reportedly involve teaming up alongside Doctor Who regulars Catherine Tate and Freema Agyeman - but not David Tennant.

I think it would be quite good to see just the three assistants, just to see how they get on without the doctor being there. It would be weird if he wasn't there though.

But i still think its a bit much having so many people in it. Especially when people are talking about Jack coming back too.
