Liam's getting increasingly annoyed at the amount of time Carla is spending with Tony and when she arrives at the factory late Liam accuses her of coming from his bed! Carla's furious and snaps back but Liam claims his concern is for the company and he doesn't want to lose the deal. However, this doesn't wash with Carla who tells Liam that if he thinks she should be faithful to Paul's memory then he can think again, Paul wasn't faithful to her when he was alive! Liam feigns disinterest but as the row gets more and more heated he silences her with a passionate kiss. How will Carla respond?
Elsewhere, Tyrone's hurt that Jack and Vera don't believe him and won't let it rest, whilst Molly gets increasingly fed up with his apparent obsession with Paul.
Meanwhile, Jack and Vera won't entertain the possibility that Paul might have taken the money and put Tyrone's behaviour down to jealousy! Later, when Paul admits to him that he did take the money, Tyrone's fuming, but with Jack and Vera wrapped around Paul's finger, how will he prove who the real thief is?
Roy and Hayley have taken a break hoping that it'll help them to sort things out, and have left Becky and Blanche in charge of the Roy's Rolls. However, Becky's still reeling over the way Christian treated Hayley and takes the opportunity to go to the record shop and give him a piece of her mind.
Christian’s shocked when Becky arrives and instantly lays into him but tries to explain that he didn't mean to hurt Hayley, he was just so disillusioned when he found out she was his dad and didn't feel that he was hitting a woman. But after Becky reveals how badly Hayley has taken his rejection, will Christian try and make amends?
Elsewhere, Sarah tells David not to talk to her in the salon, will they ever call a truce?

However, when Molly tries to diffuse the situation once and for all by confronting Paul about his admission in front of Jack and Vera, Paul once again turns it round on Tyrone, acting as though he's humouring him when he says he doesn't want to argue about this any more and if Tyrone says that he took the money then he did! Now that Molly and Tyrone are both on his case will they catch him out?
Elsewhere, things are fraught between Ashley and Claire when he discovers that she's asked her mother to baby-sit for the boys instead of him…

There's a tense atmosphere in the factory between Liam and Carla who are trying to act as though nothing's happened. However, when Tony calls Carla to ask her out, Liam's stung and immediately sets up a date with Maria.
That evening in the Rovers, Tony invites Liam and Maria to have a drink with them and the tension is clear to everyone. When Liam suggests he and Maria go back to his place, Carla consoles herself by inviting Tony back to hers. She's obviously more attracted to Liam than she wants to admit, but will they continue with this one-upmanship, or will they face the fact that they have feelings for each other?
In the salon, Audrey has allowed David to come back to work, much to Sarah's horror, who still won't accept David's apologies. Meanwhile, Jason refuses to be drawn into conversation with David who genuinely wants to make amends and tells Jason that he loves Bethany. However, Jason doesn't want to hear it and suddenly snaps and pins him against the wall. Will David ever be able to make it up to his family?
Cilla is still delighted with her necklace from Frank and is surprised when he tells her that she'll want for nothing if she agrees to become his live in carer. She's unsure and tells him she needs to think about it but is clearly tempted when Frank implies that she'll inherit some of his fortune when he dies.
After some thought, Cilla goes to tell Frank that she'll take him up on his offer on the condition that she gets the en suite on the top floor! However, when she doesn't get a response from him she checks his pulse and immediately calls an ambulance. Will Frank be okay? Will Cilla's plans for the future be shattered?

David is feeling disheartened after his run in with Jason and despite herself Gail is starting to feel a little bit of sympathy for her son. When David learns that she's softening towards him, he's encouraged that there's still a glimmer of hope and goes round with some flowers. Jason and Sarah urge Gail to bin them but she's touched that he's making such an effort and asks David to join her for tea at the Italian.
At the meal, David's optimistic and asks Gail if he can move back in. Gail explains that a bunch of flowers will not make everything alright; she's been too soft with him for too long and his promises aren't enough. David feels lonelier than ever, will Gail give in?

Meanwhile, when Lloyd heads into the kebab shop for the umpteenth time, Jerry tells Jodie that he's really come to see her, he's smitten with her! David’s still sulking about being segregated from the family and is intrigued when he sees Audrey and Bill going into No 8. He hovers outside the window convinced that they’re talking about him, until Gail finally invites him in to prove that they’re just having a family get together to discuss the wedding. Sarah’s furious at this interruption and tells her brother that he’s not included as he’s no longer family to her.
Gail reassures her son that they didn’t plan to upset him, but when he asks Jason about his stag night, Jason makes it clear that he’s not invited before Sarah asserts that he’s not invited to the wedding either. David's mood darkens as he digests this news and states that it doesn't matter anyway as there isn’t going to be a wedding! Is David plotting to spoil his sister's big day?
It's chaos at the Morton's as Finlay's pirate themed birthday party gets underway. The kids have been pumped with so much sugar that they're running wild around the house and Jerry has told their parents to pick them up whenever they feel like it! It's been a hectic day for Jodie who's looking forward to her date with Lloyd. However, Jerry announces he's taking Eileen for a slap up birthday meal and leaves her with all the kids! Will Jodie make it to her date?
Violet's agreed to swap shifts with Sean in the pub and is unhappy when she's forced to work after he doesn't show up. However, when she starts to feel ill Jamie doesn't want to take any chances and insists on taking her to the hospital to get checked over. When Sean finally arrives at the Rovers he panics when he's told that Violet's in hospital and rushes straight over. Will Violet and the baby be OK and will Sean ever forgive himself if they’re not?
