Webcam problems

Not sure where to discuss this or to ask for help, but does anyone know why my webcam never changes picture? :searchme: From day to day it changes, but never can see anthing actually happening. For instance I click on webcam, Albert Square comes up and I can see a picture. It is always a still picture. Clicking back and forth between Turpin Road and The Square it does not change. It does say to wait and the picture will refresh every couple of seconds, but it never does. I have never seen live action taking place like you guys do. :crying: Also, I have checked the FAQs on the BBC site and no of the suggestions has ever made a difference. This is going on years now. :angry: I always thought that was the way it was supposed to be, but since joining the boards I notice you guys see live action happening and so now I am curious as to why I can't. :wall: I live in the States and perhaps that is a problem. If anyone knows please post suggestions. :clap: :love: :bow:

Try clicking the refresh button at the top of your computer Screen, that always works for me!

Yes, the BBC provides a higher level of service to UK broadband users. It could just be that they just give you static content.

im getting broadband soon so that might make it work better! at the minute ive got this stupid dial connection!!!

I am on cable internet, but I think you may be right because I am here in the US I'm probably getting less content. It is so frustrating for me. I am a huge fan here in the States (I switched to satellite so I could continue seeing EE!!), but I can never enter contests and win anything cool. :moonie: This is so sad because I am probably almost as big a fan as all you Brits! :thumbsup:
