Burnt Lip

I've burnt my bottom lip on a pair of tongs (the food type) and now its swollen and sore. I look like I've stolen some fish lips. The right side looks like its blistered and burst but only a tiny bit, a few mm.

What can I put on them? I have some Vaseline, will that help?
