Actor Tristan Gemmill has been signed up to appear in the new series of CASUALTY.

He will play Consultant Adam Trueman in the new series which starts on 8th September.

Tristan, who hails from Kent, trained at Melbourne University. His TV credits include Eastenders, The Bill, London's Burning, Where the Heart Is, Strictly Confidential, Hannibal and Cape Wrath.

As far as I know Harry is coming back at the start of the next series as a doctor (as opposed to an MP). Simon MacCorkindale, who plays Harry, took a break to appear in something else (I think it was a play).
