Patrick Wolf has launched an attack on Grace Kelly singer Mika.

In a posting on his Myspace blog, musician Patrick - who remixed Mika's single Love Today - criticised the 23-year-old for being too manufactured and branded him a "t***".

"Mika is a t***. And what I mean was please let's put an end to over-marketed, expensive heartless tacky rubbish, autotune, airbrush," Patrick explained. "Should I market myself to look OUTRAGEOUS and kooky or would it be easier if I sold records by playing safe and serence. And for the family.

"To save more record sales. Cliff Richard. Enrique Iglesias. Mutton dressed as lamb."

The blog entry has since been taken down by the singer.

Mika has recorded an alternative version of his hit single 'Big Girl (You're Beautiful)' for the US TV show Ugly Betty.

The Grace Kelly star has changed the lyrics of the track from "Hey big girl, you are beautiful" to "Hey Betty, you are beautiful", to help promote the second series of the American comedy.

The pop star told The Sun: "Betty is a real fashion icon and we should celebrate anyone like her - genuine individuals who stay true to their own identity.

"That's what 'Big Girl' is all about so it was the perfect fit to change the song for her. It was a huge honour to be asked to do it. I love the show."

I love this song. I wasn't keen when my mum got his album out of the library, but I found it on youtube and couldn't stop listening to it.

My dad bought the album going down to Dover as we were heading to Disney Land. It was always on, never off. And that song is just so catchy althrough everytime it comes on my brother does go They ain't beautiful but that's because he is a weird child:p so yeah i love it:D
