Yes, she's married to Terrance the guy who conning Sky. And they are trying to con the entire street, but i believe that they get a large ammount from Paul.
Oh yeh she's not actually a Doctor! Hence why she's getting Boyd to help her so much

that's because Dr Karl is the only doctor in the whole of australia, boyd's just allowed to fill in occasionally. anyone else saying they're a doctor is obviously lying ;)
