Michelle doesn't have much time for Steve when they speak in the Kabin and explains she is very worried about Ryan. She tells Carla that she is planning to take him away for a break.
Later, Steve arrives and says he has arranged for the three of them to go away to Spain on holiday but Michelle says she's taking him away by herself. How will Steve feel about her news?
Claire is feeling stressed as she tries to work out why Casey didn't get in touch any sooner. Yvonne suggests that they all go to her place for a break. Will Claire take her up on her offer?
Janice introduces Roger to Leanne. Roger and Janice both enjoy each other's company and he admits he's been back a while but didn't know how she would be with him. Janice asks him if they are getting back together, how will Roger react?
Ken and Deirdre try to avoid Blanche who is preparing for her wake.

Leanne questions Carla about still going into partnership on the restaurant but Carla leaves her in no doubt how she feels about that idea. An upset Leanne confides in Jamie that she thinks Carla is deliberately wrecking her chances of making a fresh start. Roger suggests she goes for it on her own which seems to uplift Leanne.
Feeling determined to show everyone what she can do, she gives Carla an ultimatum to either join her in partnership or she will open the restaurant by herself. How will Carla react to her one last chance?
Roy is concerned that Hayley is working too hard and that everyone at Underworld is taking advantage of her. At the factory Janice is missing and few people are working and Sally reckons Hayley should be more aloof if she wants to gain respect. But can Hayley play the role of hard nosed boss?
Blanche kicks off her wake at the Rovers and insists it is her way of celebrating a life lived to the full. Ken wonders if Blanche knows she hasn't long to live and the wake is her way of saying goodbye to everyone without explaining. How will Blanche react to Ken's worries?
Steve receives some flowers and thinks they are from Michelle but discovers to his disappointment the gift was from Liz.
Janice thinks Leanne should drop the idea of buying the restaurant since she's ten grand short of the agreed price but Leanne decides to talk to the owner. Luca reluctantly agrees to let her pay the final ten grand in instalments.
A relieved Leanne tells Janice that she is going to London to do escort work to raise the cash - and she is leaving today.
Horrified, Janice follows her to the coach station and as she arrives she sees the bus pull away. Is she too late to stop her?
Blanche is disappointed when her wake is low key and people aren't so forthcoming in their praise of her. When she asks the 'mourners' for their praise she is horrified when no one has a nice word to say about her. Determined to be a better person she starts being nice to Chesney, Vera and Leanne, much to their surprise. How long will Blanche's change of heart last?
Hayley is desperate to get everyone working in the factory and Sally disapproves of her decision to reinstate Joanne. The girls are now working overtime but Fiz grabs the chance to play a joke on Hayley. Thinking it was Sally she is furious at her but is embarrassed when Fiz owns up.
Violet makes an appointment to go see the doctor to discuss her chances of having a baby.
27th June
Janice tries to reassure Leanne that she will get her the ten grand she needs. She approaches a suspicious Roger for a lone but he walks out when she admits that Leanne was an escort. Janice is gutted that she has blown her chances and is surprised when Roger re-appears asking to talk to her and Leanne. Leanne storms out when Roger makes it clear he disapproves of her but will he be willing to offer Janice the money?
Violet asks Sean to cover for her at the Rovers whilst she goes the doctors but she is very secretive about why she has to go for a consultation. Afterwards, Sean is shocked when Violet admits she is looking into fertility treatment as she was going with the wrong men simply to find a father for her child. How will Sean react to Violet's news?
Eileen is disappointed she hasn't heard from Pat but Violet reassures he'll phone and tells her to be patient. Jerry is quick to invite her for a drink when he finds out Pat hasn't been in touch but she tells him she's not in the mood.
David starts his first day at the salon and impresses Audrey, much to Gail's surprise.
Cilla is annoyed that Jerry's shop is doing better business than the chippy.
Carla reveals to Steve that Paul has left her everything, including his share of the factory.

Sean throws a sickie at work and takes Violet to the park. He tries to put her off the idea of fertility treatment but she is determined to go ahead and points there are loads of single parents who cope. He asks her how will she explain the baby's parentage but she says she'll worry about that when the time comes.
After the park Sean reminds Violet about the promise they made to have a child together if they were still single by the age of thirty and suggests to her he could be the father of her child. How will Violet react?
Hayley remains under pressure from the girls when Janice decides to take time off and pretends to go for a doctor's appointment. She tries calling Liam to no avail and Carla is still too upset to be interested in the factory. There is just enough cash to cover this week's wages, how will Carla react to this news?
Janice and Roger go to see the restaurant and are impressed with what they see. Afterwards, in the Rovers, Leanne panics about what she has taken on but Janice covers for her whenever Roger appears.
Pat finally calls Eileen and they arrange to have dinner.
Roy is appalled when Chesney says the café has come bottom in his school's green audit.
