It’s the end of the line for Chas and Carl when he tells her it’s over and then insults her looks, attitude and lifestyle. Carl state he wants more kids one day and doesn’t see that happening with Chas. Later, a distraught Chas confides in Katie that she’s hopeful of a reunion. Is this misplaced hope?
Elsewhere, Val wanders around in flimsy nightwear trying to get Billy’s attention. Diane talks to Billy and their playful conversation makes her realise what a good person he is. Val sees them laughing and joking and mistakes this for a sign that Billy is smitten with her. Meanwhile, Turner announces his intention to see a solicitor on Pearl’s behalf, hoping to find a loophole in the agreement Len signed. Unfortunately he returns with bad news and suggests that a humanitarian approach is the only way to make progress. Can they rescue Pearl’s house?
Tuesday 5 June
Carrie learns from Rosemary her role in bribing Hari to provide a false testimony. Carrie is stunned by her revelation. Later, to Rosemary’s surprise, Carrie produces a tape and plays the recording of their earlier conversation in front of the King brothers. Rosemary is shocked by Carrie’s betrayal and tries to make a quick exit from Home Farm. However, disaster strikes and lands Rosemary in hospital. Elsewhere, Jack is unimpressed by Val’s blatant plays for Billy but Diane warns him that there might be genuine potential for them. Will Billy be persuaded to go an a date with Val? Meanwhile Bob and Viv visit their marriage guidance counsellor. As the session begins, Viv wastes no time in exposing Bob’s uselessness to the rest of the group. During a break Bob finally gets his words out and criticises Viv for her approach before storming off. Bob gets locked in the toilet and Viv bursts into tears, thinking he’s done a runner again.
Wednesday 6 June
On their date at the cinema Val is embarrassed when she falls asleep during the film and drools on Billy’s shoulder. After the film she waits for the auditorium to clear and pinches a cheeky snog from him. Val has such a good time she invites Billy for a nightcap. Left alone with Billy, Diane asks his opinion on the night and can’t hide her disappointment when he declares it was great. Elsewhere, Marlon and Donna visit a financial advisor to investigate getting a second mortgage to buy Tall Trees. Their trip proves to be fruitless, their mood worsens and Marlon directs his verbal fury towards Pollard and the Kings. Will Marlon and Donna ever get their house? Meanwhile, Gray brings Rosemary home from hospital and she vows revenge against Carrie and the Kings for forcing her out of Home Farm. She warns Gray not to tell Perdy anything but she is horrified when Gray tells her that Rosemary is with them for a while. Can a fragile Perdy cope living with her estranged mother-in-law?

Desperate to raise nearly £20,000 for the deposit, Marlon wants to bet all the money from the sale of the building materials on a greyhound. At the bookies, the owner raises an eyebrow when Marlon bets 3k on one race. He wins and elated he calls Donna but the owner rips him off by destroying the betting slip. How will Donna react to the news that Marlon doesn’t have the cash? Elsewhere, Diane can’t help feeling bothered as she watches Val with Billy. Val shamelessly flaunts last night’s events to anyone who’ll listen in the Woolpack and it annoys Pollard. She mentions to Paul and Diane that Billy is the one and Paul is especially wary of her getting involved with a murderer. Are their concerns well placed? Meanwhile, Kelly tries to reassure Jimmy that her modelling work will be tasteful. After the launch of a mobile phone store goes well, Jimmy’s dismayed to learn that more work is forthcoming. When Kelly pries into his bad mood the issue of kids is raised once more. Kelly does her best to put Jimmy off but realises how serious he is after speaking to Donna With a lot on her mind Kelly returns to see Jimmy, but is her priority a family, or her career?

After Perdy comes home late from a night out with Paul and Jonny Rosemary warns Grayson that she might be suffering from depression. Perdy is convinced that her mother-in-law is taking over after feeling left out of a business decision. Perdy storms out furious about not being included. Seizing the opportunity to take control Rosemary goes on the offensive and tells Gray she’s unstable. After a sleepless night, Marlon worries about how to tell Donna they’re skint. Unable to tell Donna the truth and desperate not to lose the house, Marlon vows to Eli he will return to the bookies to get what he’s owed. What does Marlon have planned? Elsewhere, Jo is gutted the goat’s milk business might fall through now Rosemary’s left Home Farm. However, when it is revealed that a contract was already in place Home Farm Estates take control of the venture and the Kings warn Jo and Andy that they expect to see a return on the investment. Could the Sugdens and Kings be a business partnership made in heaven or hell?
